Can a non-Goa candidate take GCET 2023? The admission process through Goa CET 2023 for non-Goa candidates is the same as for those who are residents of the state. The admission is done through GCET Counselling 2023 in stages which include online registration, choice filling and locking, document verification, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institute.
