Counselling of Goa CET 2023 will begin in first week of June 2023. Goa CET counselling 2023 will take place in two rounds, and it is compulsory for all the candidates to participate in all the counselling processes for securing admission. It must be noted by the candidates that the counselling of GCET 2023 will be conducted in offline mode. As a part of the process, all the test-takers will have to fill out and submit the counselling form in person at the DTE Goa office.
The seat allotment of GCET 2023 depends on various factors such as merit rank of the candidates, availability of seats, and order of seat preference. During the counselling process of Goa CET 2023, candidates appearing for the counselling are allowed to give the preferences of colleges subject to seat availability. Based on the merit rank and preferences of seats, the candidates are allotted seats in the first round of Goa CET counselling. If the seats are left vacant, they will be filled in by the subsequent rounds of counselling.
It must be noted by the candidates that they are required to get their documents verified while reporting for the GCET 2023 counselling. If the candidates fail to participate in person for the counselling or withdraw from the admission offered to them, then in such a case, candidates will lose their claim of the seat

To participate in the Goa CET 2023 counselling process, the first and foremost step that the candidates have to follow is to fill out the counselling form by entering the necessary details. Some of the details that are mentioned in the GCET 2023 counselling form is the registration number of the candidate, name of the candidate, gender, category and marks scored in the entrance examination.
After filling out the Goa CET 2023 counselling form, the candidates will have to submit the completely filled form within the stipulated time frame. While submitting the form, candidates must ensure that they have filled all the details mentioned in the form correctly. The counselling form has to be submitted in person at the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa and other notified locations. As proof of receipt of the counselling form, an acknowledgement card will be issued to the candidates which must be kept safely for future purposes.
The seat allotment process of Goa CET counselling will be done on the basis of various factors. Some of the factors on which the counselling of GCET depends are the availability of seats, merit rank of the candidate, order of seat preference etc. For the seat allotment process, candidates will have to get all their documents verified. In case they fail to submit any document at the time of GCET 2023 counselling, then it might lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
After the allotment of seats, candidates will have to report at the allotted institute along with the seat allotment letter. All the candidates whose names are listed in the GCET merit list will have to appear for the counselling in person on the prescribed date and time at the allotted centre. While reporting at the institute, candidates must carry their acknowledgement card, documents in original and fees along with them while reporting for the personal counselling of GCET.

DTE has declared the Goa CET participating colleges 2023 on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the Goa CET entrance 2023 exam will have to take admission into the participating colleges of Goa CET 2023. What does the counselling process comprise of?
The counselling for GCET will be conducted in the month of June 2020. To participate in the counselling, candidates need to first fill and submit the form. Counselling for GCET will be conducted purely on the basis of the merit list prepared by the DTE.
