The TS EAMCET documents required for reporting at engineering college include Class 11 and 12 certificates, TS EAMCET 2025 hall ticket, rank card, the seat allotment letter etc. The other TS EAMCET college reporting documents consist of Aadhar card, caste certificate, domicile proofs, income certificate, etc. The authorities will verify your documents before granting you the seat and make sure they are valid and legal. Steps to Follow After TS EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment

TSCHE allots seats to students who successfully fill in and submit their choices within the specified dates. The seat allocation is purely based on the TS EAMCET 2025 scores secured by the students, the choices filled, and the number of seats available in the respective colleges. As the provisional seat allotment results are out, students must log in to tseamcet.nic.in with their credentials to check the allotment status. They must also pay the Seat Acceptance Fee via online mode to confirm the allocated seats. Students who are shortlisted for reporting to the participating colleges must then download their seat allotment letter from the portal and visit the allotted institute to complete the admission process and self reporting in TS EAMCET.

Students can follow the steps below to download the seat allotment order of TS EAMCET 2025:

  • Visit the official TS EAMCET web counselling portal – www.tseamcet.nic.in

  • Click on the ‘Seat Allotment Order’ link on the website

  • Go to the student Login section and enter your login credentials – ROC Form Number, TS EAMCET Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth, and Password.

  • Pay the tuition fee mentioned in the provisional allotment letter through Net banking/Credit card/Debit card within the specified time

  • Next, self-report through the online system and preserve the admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.

  • Take a printout of the copy for future reference

Important Instructions for Reporting in TS EAMCET Seat Allotment 2025

Students reporting for admission after TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment must keep the following instructions in mind:

  • Only those students who have successfully paid the tuition fee shall be eligible to perform the self-reporting through the online system.

  • All the students must pay a minimum of Rs. 5,000/- (SC/ST) and Rs. 10,000/- (Others) along with a tuition fee. The amount will be returned to the students who report at the allotted college after the final phase of counselling. However, if the student fails to report to the allotted college the same shall be forfeited.

  • The student must report to the allotted institute after the final round of counselling and hand over a set of photocopies of the certificates and the original Transfer Certificate (T.C).

  • All of the TS EAMCET self reporting documents required should be valid and as per the format described by the authorities.

  • Be aware that there will be a specified time window during which you have to submit all the TS EAMCET college reporting documents. After the deadline has passed, no documents will be accepted.

  • Don't forget to submit all certificates from the TS EAMCET counselling certificates list.
