Documents Required to Fill UCEED Application Form

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) is an entrance exam organised by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. UCEED is one of the most popular design entrance exams in India and is primarily conducted for IIT Bombay B.Des (Bachelor of Design) admissions but it is also accepted for admission to a number of undergraduate design courses across many colleges.

IIT Bombay has released the official notification regarding UCEED 2021 admission schedule. List of Documents Required to Fill UCEED 2021 Application Form

Qualifying exam certificate (Class 12th mark sheet)

Minimum size should be 30 KB

Maximum size should be 500 KB

  • Qualifying exam certificate has to be uploaded if candidate appeared for the exam in 2020 or before
  • Those who will be appearing in 2021 for the qualifying exam will need a certificate from the school/college/principal
  • Only PDF format with file extension .pdf will be accepted

Recent Colour Photograph

Minimum size should be 5 KB and maximum size should be 50 KB

  • The photo should display the full frontal (face) view, with the head centred in the frame covering 70%-80% of the photo. It should have been taken within the last 6 months.
  • Only JPEG format with file extension .jpg will be accepted

Proof of Date of Birth (Either Birth Certificate or a copy of passport or Aadhar card copy or copy of class X mark sheet/school leaving certificate showing the date of birth

Minimum size should be 30 KB and maximum size should be 300 KB

  • Age proof (Passport/Birth Certificate/SSC certificate) should be uploaded
  • Only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted.
Scanned copy of candidate’s signature on white paperMinimum size should be 2 KB and maximum size should be 50 KB
  • Only JPEG image format with file extension .jpg will be accepted

Provisional certificate

Minimum size should be 30 KB and maximum size should be 300 KB

  • Only PDF format with file extension .pdf will be accepted
  • Those who will be appearing for the board exam in 2021 will need a certificate from the school/college/principal

Gazette notification stating the change of name (If the name is not same as in class 12th certificate)

Minimum size is 30 KB and the maximum size is 300 KB

  • Only PDF format with file extension .pdf will be accepted
Category Certificate

Minimum size should be 30 KB and maximum size is 300 KB

  • Only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted
Disability certificate issued by a  competent authority/district medical boardMinimum size should be 30 KB and maximum size is 300 KB

Since you satisfy the required eligibility criteria, you are eligible for the admission at Sir J.J. College of Architecture, University of Mumbai. The online admissions are conducted by Maharashtra CET and the university does not conduct any institute level entrance exam. Candidates have to go through the complete procedure of MHT CET 2020 centralized admissions in order to get the seat allotment process.
