The student must follow the following instructions if they spot any errors in the JEE Main exam centres:
Spot the Error Carefully: After downloading the JEE Main 2026 admit card from the official website, the student must check the details such as name, application number, date, exam city, centre code, etc. If any incorrect details are found, they must take a screenshot.
Contact NTA Helpline: The student must contact the NTA (JEE Main exam conducting body) for further assistance. They must refer to the helpline number, i.e 011-407590000 or 011-69227700, and register their complaint. They can also register the complaint on the email in the mentioned email id: jeemain@nta.ac.in. While composing the email, they must mention the issue, details, a screenshot of the admit card, and explain what is wrong and their chosen city preferences.
Contact NTA via Query Redressal System: The student must visit the NTA’s official website and go to the ‘Query Redressal System’ and select the category and upload the screenshot, and submit their complaint.
