How to Check IIM Raipur Shortlist 2026 for MBA Admission

The IIM CAP (Common Admission Process) will be employed to conduct MBA admission at IIM Raipur. A minimum of 94 percentile will be required in the CAT 2024 exam for CAP shortlisting. The PI shortlist will be released by IIM Raipur soon. Candidates will be able to apply for the IIM Raipur PI round by following the process given below:
- Step 1: Go to the official website of IIM Raipur.

Under IIM CAP, IIM Raipur offers MBA admission based on CAT scores. The 2026-28 IIM Raipur admissions and selection process consists of four stages.:

IIM Raipur Final Selection 2026
After the WAT-PI round is conducted, the final composite score will be calculated depending on four components: Overall CAT & Sectionals Percentile, Personal Interview, Profile, and Personal Profile Mapping. Academic Consistency: The weightage of Academic consistency depends on the consistency of the percentage of marks/SGPA obtained by the candidate during Graduation.

Candidates who have completed a Bachelor/Undergraduate level degree programme over 4 years will be awarded one (1) extra mark.
Gender Diversity
To ensure the balance between the two genders, IIM Raipur awards six (6) additional marks to the female and transgender candidates.
Work Experience
A maximum of 8 points are awarded for work experience ranging from 25-36 months, and a minimum of 2 points are awarded for experience ranging from 7-12 years, for admission to the PGP programme at IIM Raipur. Personal Profile Mapping
The goal of personal profile mapping is to assess or gauge a candidate's competence to pursue the IIM Raipur's PGP programme. It is a requirement that must be fulfilled to be included in the merit list. Candidates will receive an invitation to complete this component within a stipulated time frame after the PI process is completed. This component would take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The anticipated timeline is approximately April 2026.
Reservation Policy
The Government of India's reservation policy will be followed by IIM Raipur for admission to Central Educational Institutions (CEIs).
Payment of Fee for Offer Acceptance
Selected candidates need to pay the Offer acceptance fee of INR 1,00,000 (One lakh) before the due date and time stated in the admission offer letter through IIM Raipur payment portal. Failing which, the admission offer will stand withdrawn.

Based on their final merit score, candidates will receive their final admission offer in the last week of April 2026, and it will be released on the IIM Raipur website. An Offer Acceptance Form as well as an Offer Acceptance Fee of Rs. 1,00,000 must be sent by the candidate who receives an admission offer from IIM Raipur and accepts it within the allotted time.
