The Institute's MBA admission process involves the following steps:

IIM Udaipur Admission Process 2024-26: Reservation Policy

IIM Udaipur adheres to the reservation policy by the norms outlined by the Government of India, as specified in the CAT 2023 advertisement Eligibility and Information Bulletin. Reservations that are not explicitly mentioned in CAT 2023 are not implementable.

IIM Udaipur Interview Shortlist 2024-26: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 10+2 years of school education and 3 years of university education with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% marks (general category) to secure admission to IIM Udaipur. The minimum qualifying percentage for reserved category candidates is 45%. Apart from this, minimum 3 years of full-time post-qualification experience as of May 15, 2024, is also required. Candidates must also possess a valid GMAT or GRE score (not older than 5 years from date of enrollment) or CAT score (exam must be taken in 2020 or later), or score of the IIMU Test that is conducted by IIMU.

Candidates who do not possess a valid GMAT/GRE/CAT score must appear for an IIMU Test. The exam will be conducted through online mode on Sundays scheduled on separate dates. The duration of the IIMU exam will be 120 minutes or 2 hours. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the exam and they will be multiple-choice based. The components of the IIMU Test are Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation.
