BVSc Admissions in Karnataka are conducted by KVAFSU (Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University). Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka B.VSc Admissions 2020

To get admission in B.VSc in Karnataka colleges, it is a must for candidates to meet the eligibility criteria for the same. Following are the entry requirements that are laid down by the conducting authority. 

Minimum Qualification: You must have passed Class XII examinations from a recognised Indian Board of education.

Subjects Required: Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology

Minimum Age: 17 years before or on 31st December 2020

Minimum Percentage Required: 50 per cent marks

How to Apply for Karnataka B.VSc Admissions 2020?

Here are the simple steps that you can follow for application to B.VSc admissions in Karnataka for 2020.

  • The application form for BVSc admissions in Karnataka can be obtained from the official website of Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University.

  • You can download an application and begin filling it using valid information. 

  • Then, attach necessary documents along with the application.

  • Then, you will have to attach a DD (Demand Draft) for the application fee.

  • Finally, you can post the application at Registrar, KVAFSU, Nandinagar, BIDAR-585 401 before the deadline.

Selection Process for Karnataka B.VSc Admissions 2020

  • The selection for B.VSc course in Karnataka is done considering two factors: Candidates’ performance in an entrance exam and their percentage in Class XII or equivalent exams. 

  • The entrance exam conducted is called Common Entrance Test authorised by KEA.

  • The examination is conducted in an offline mode with a duration of 1 hour 20 minutes or 80 minutes. 

  • After the result of the entrance exam is out, candidates who performed well are called for the counselling process. 

  • It is through the counselling process that candidates are allotted colleges or seats based on their performance.
