NEET SS admission cutoff is the minimum marks that is required to take admission in one of the participating colleges. It can be said that through the admission cutoff seat allotment is done in the counselling process.

NEET SS Admission Cutoff is the minimum marks that is required to be scored by a candidate in order to secure admission / seat in one of their preferred participating colleges and courses during the seat allotment process. The admission cutoff varies by each college, course and category of the candidate. Moreover, the cutoff is dependent on various factors like the difficulty level of the NEET SS 2025 exam , total number of candidates who have appeared for the exam, reservation policies of the exam, total no of seats available and the preference of course and college of candidates during the counselling process. It is equally important to note that the admission cutoff will vary across every round of counselling.

What is NEET SS Admission Cutoff?

The admission cutoff refers to the minimum marks that is required to be scored by a candidate to secure a seat in his / her preferred course and college in the NEET SS exam. In short you can say that the admission cutoff is the actual rank secured by a candidate at which the last seat is allotted at a college for a specific course. More than eligibility, these cutoff marks ensure your admission chances. The admission cutoff varies for each category of candidate across every round of counselling. For example, for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology group the expected admission cutoff can be between 351 to 356, for the Respiratory Medicine group the expected cutoff can be 363 to 367, for Radiodiagnosis the expected cutoff can be 312 to 316.
