- Every student must first clear the AP ECET 2025 exam in order to appear for the AP ECET Counselling 2025
- Candidates who were not allotted seats as per their preference can participate in the final phase of AP ECET 2025 counselling

AP ECET Final Phase Counselling - Detailed Process

Step 1 | Registration | Candidates have to first register themselves for the counselling process by logging in using their credentials like hall ticket number and date of birth |
Step 2 | Payment of Processing Fee | Candidates after successfully completing their registration process must pay the processing fee only in the online mode. The processing fee for OC / BC category candidates is Rs 1200 and SC / ST category students is Rs 600 |
Step 3 | Uploading Respective Certificates | Every student must upload all the necessary certificates like rank card, hall ticket, memorandum of marks, provisional diploma certificate, proof of date of birth etc. in the PDF format only |
Step 4 | Certificate Verification | Next, the verification officers will verify the uploaded certificates in the online mode and mark either as “Candidate is eligible for exercising options” or “Candidate is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress”. If any candidate finds that his / her certificate is not verified then they must re-upload their certificates to get them verified and then proceed to entering their options |
Step 5 | Entering Web Options | In this step, the applicants can enter the options on the basis of the preference of course and college. In order to exercise their options candidates have to login using their hall ticket number and date of birth |
Step 6 | Seat Allotment | On the basis of the options entered by the candidates the authorities will release the seat allotment result for the final phase |

Candidates will have to provide the login details and click on submit. The AP ECET seat allotment result 2024 will be displayed on the device screen.
The Andhra Pradesh ECET counselling fee 2024 is INR 1200/- for the General category candidates and INR 600/- for the SC/ST category candidates.
The candidates can pay the AP ECET processing fee from August 1 to 3, 2024 using various online methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and net banking, etc.
To get a free seat in the government engineering colleges of Andhra Pradesh, candidates must have rank below 500 to get IT branches and rank below 1000 to get Non-IT branches.
There are a total of 141,897 engineering seats across the colleges of Andhra Pradesh.
The minimum AP ECET qualifying mark is 25% for the General Category which is equivalent to 50 marks out of 200. However, there are no minimum qualifying marks for the SC/ST/ OBC category candidates.
