AIAPGET 2020 Exam Day Instructions: Guidelines, What to Carry, Reporting Time

AIAPGET 2020 is going to be held on 28th September 2020. NTA has come up with some important guidelines to be followed on AIAPGET 2020 exam day to avoid any stress and confusion at the last moment.

AIAPGET Exam Day Instructions

AIAPGET 2020 is to take place on 28th September 2020. NTA has issued some important instructions and guidelines which are to be followed on the AIAPGET exam day to avoid any last-minute confusion and stress. The national level entrance exam conducted for admission to various PG courses in the field of Homeopathy, Unani, Sidda, and Ayurveda.

AIAPGET 2020: COVID 19 Specific Guidelines

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, NTA has issued some important guidelines which are to be followed on the AIAPGET 2020 Exam Day to ensure the safety of the aspirants.

NTA has ensured that proper social distancing will be followed on the exam day. The AIAPGET exam centers will be disinfected and it is mandatory for examinees and staff members to wear gloves and masks on the exam day. 

Examinees can carry a clear plastic water bottle and 50 ML sanitizer with them to the exam hall. Also, the registration desk will close 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

No physical frisking will be done this year. NTA will use metal detectors for the same to maintain social distancing and ensure the safety of the candidates.

What to Carry on AIAPGET 2020 Exam Day?

Let us have a look at what all items one has to carry on AIAPGET 2020 exam day. To maintain the sanctity of the exam, NTA is very strict about the items candidates carry on the exam day and they are as follows:

One of the most important document ones has to carry on the exam day is- AIAPGET 2020 Admit Card. No candidate is allowed to enter the examination hall without the same or get themselves registered.

Candidates will have to carry a Passport Size Photograph which is to be pasted on the Attendance Sheet.

It is mandatory for the candidates to wear masks and gloves on the exam day.

PwD Certificate for candidates claiming relaxation under PwD category.

Any of the government authorized Photo IDS such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Ration Card, etc.

Only diabetic students can carry eatables such as fruits. However, they cannot carry any packet food like chips/ chocolates to the exam hall.

AIAPGET 2020: Prohibited Items

NTA has prohibited some items for AIAPGET 2020 exam as many cases of cheating, copying was reported in the past. Have a look at the prohibited items in AIAPGET 2020 exam below:

  • Any Textual Material
  • Calculators
  • Docu Pen
  • Slide Rules
  • Log Tables
  • Digital Watches
  • Mobile Phone/ Electronic Gadget/ Blue-tooth Devices
  • Bits of Paper/ Written Material

Candidates appearing in the AIAPGET 2020 exam cannot carry any of the items mentioned above to the exam hall. If any candidate is in possession of any of the items mentioned above, their current examination will be cancelled and will also be debarred from future examinations.

AIAPGET 2020 Exam Day Guidelines

AIAPGET 2020 exam day guidelines can be checked in the detail below. There are some Dos and Dont's which one has to follow on the exam day and it is advised you go through them

The AIAPGET 2020 examination center will be opened two hours before the commencement of the exam and candidates must report two hours before i.e. 8:00 AM to complete the registration and frisking process.

The registration desk for the AIAPGET exam will close 90 before the start of the examination and no one can enter the exam hall after 8:30 AM.

One must read the instructions mentioned on the AIAPGET 2020 admit carefully.

Candidates should take their seats immediately once the examination is opened. This will help them not to miss important instructions.

Any candidate found to have changed room/hall or the seat on their own other than allotted will be considered a case of Unfair of Means and their examination will be cancelled.

Make sure that the question paper available on the computer as per the Subject Code mentioned on the admit card. In case, the question paper is not the same as the one opted for, the same should be brought to the notice of the Invigilator.

No candidate will be allowed to exit the exam hall until the full duration of the exam is over. 

ID checks will be done upon the arrival at the test center by the security officials to ensure that no unauthorised candidates appearing for the exam.

Only registered candidates will be allowed to enter the AIAPGET exam hall.

Make sure that you check the list of prohibited items on the AIAPGET 2020 exam day.

Apart from AIAPGET 2020 general guidelines and instructions, candidates should make sure that they abide by the rules and regulations of NTA. It is always good to reach the exam center well before time, at least 2.5 hours before to avoid any rush.
