GATE 2025 PI Qualifying Cutoff Marks: IIT Roorkee has released the GATE Production and Industrial Engineering cutoff marks on its official website. The cutoff scores are the marks that you need to secure in order to qualify the GATE 2025 exam . The official GATE PI cutoff 2025 is determined based on several factors such as the number of seats available in the GATE 2025 participating colleges , the total number of exam takers, and the difficulty level of the GATE Production and Industrial Engineering paper. Talking about the GATE 2025 PI qualifying cutoff marks, they range from 35.6 for General, 32 for OBC/ EWS, and 23.7 for SC/ ST categories. Based on the data released, a total of 4791 registered for the exam, out of which 3547 students appeared for the test. Over the years, the number of students appearing for the GATE Production and Industrial Engineering exam has remained consistent. On average, around 3,000-4,000 students appear in the exam. Last year, i.e., the GATE 2024 exam, a total of 3,725 students appeared for the GATE 2025 PI examination, which was the highest number of students in the last four years. However, only 748 passed the exam with the minimum GATE PI cutoff scores. The GATE 2025 PI qualifying cutoff has not changed much since past year. Where, in 2024, the GATE PI qualifying marks for SC/ST was 20.3, in 2025, it has just increased to 23.7. GATE 2025 PI EWS/OBC Category Qualifying Marks

The GATE PI OBC/EWS category cutoff marks have declined significantly over the last few years. While in 2022 and 2023 the cutoff was 39 marks, in 2024, the qualifying cutoff score dropped to 27.4.
