• In the space provided on the counselling application form, the candidate should submit the same photograph used on the NEET application form and submit it during the original document verification period.
• The uploaded scanned certificates/documents will be used to verify a candidate's eligibility.
• Candidates claiming reservation under Special Categories, such as PH, Sports & Games, NCC, and CAP, should keep an eye on the University website for any additional notifications, if any, about the verification of their original special category certificates.
• If an online application is submitted without uploading the scanned copies of required certificates/documents as per regulations, the applicant's candidature will not be considered for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

• After the verification of original certificates is confirmed by the officials of the concerned Departments, the University will release the final Merit Position.
