 Important Instructions for AP PGECET Counselling 2023: Sri Venkateswara University Tirupati, has released the AP PGECET 2023 counselling schedule. The AP PGECET counselling 2023 is being conducted separately for GATE/GPAT and AP PGECET 2023 qualified candidates. There are various stages included in the counselling process of AP PGECET 2023 and candidates must be careful with the process and document during each stage of the counselling.  Important Instructions for AP PGECET Counselling 2023

Through the AP PGECET counselling, candidates will be granted seats in the AP PGECET participating colleges 2023. Candidates must go through the important instructions for AP PGECET counselling 2023 given below. 

• The candidates must upload every required document and pay the registration fees by the dates specified.
• Candidates for SC/ST must upload an Integrated Community Certificate that has been officially certified by a Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO)
• The MRO or Tahsildar must issue the EWS certificate that EWS applicants must upload.
• Applicants who wish to be admitted under the special categories (NCC, CAP, PH, and Sports) must physically present themselves on the specified date in order to have their credentials verified
• For certificate verification, the candidates must present all of their academic credentials in the original form
• Reimbursement of tuition fees shall follow the regulations set forth by the Telangana State government. The applicants' income certificate must be granted by MRO after January 1, 2023
• Candidates will be alerted via SMS of the preliminary online certificate verification's progress.
• A list of candidates who have registered will be visible on the official website. The candidates must confirm the information entered on the AP PGECET registration form according to the list. The applicants must notify the camp officer or coordinator of any inconsistency by phoning the assistance center right away to request repairs. It is VERY IMPORTANT to have accurate information since seat allocation will be based on these specifics
• The candidates will have the possibility to re-upload the papers if the verification officer objects to the certificate as being incorrect, inappropriate, or irrelevant. Candidates applications will be rejected if the problem reappears.
• The candidates' registered cellphone phones will get all information about document verification
• Any applicant who has passed more than one GATE or AP PGECET exam must utilize their credentials for only that one exam
• Candidates must be carefully while filling their choices during the AP PGECET choice filling 2023
• The courses and colleges for which the applicants are qualified based on their GATE/GPAT/AP PGECET scores, prerequisite degrees, and specializations will be presented at the time of online option filling. Candidates who have taken more than one exam must exercise their options based on the registered hall ticket
• It is suggested that applicants print out their exercised alternatives for future use as a reference
• All certifications must be provided in two verified copies
• The candidates must show up at the designated institutes and provide all original documentation for verification
• The designated college will issue the joining report and allocation order. The original transfer certificate must be given with the joining report

• The third round of counseling will be held for any open seats if any do not fill up.
• Candidates must exercise their options once again for the second round of counseling; the first round's options will not be taken into consideration.
• Candidates shall have NO CLAIM on the seats that were already allocated if they are given seats in the second phase of counseling
• Before the deadline, the applicants must report to the designated college. If they don't, they'll forfeit the assigned place in both the new and the old college
• The college principal must be contacted if applicants want to withdraw their acceptance.
• Only applicants who have passed the AP PGECET will be eligible for the seats that remained open following the GATE/GPAT allocation.

The candidate's tuition money will be reimbursed in the following way:

• The entire tuition fees will be reimbursed following the first phase.
• After the last phase and before the deadline announced for cancellation in the allocation order, 50% of the cost will be reimbursed, and 100% after that

AP PGECET 2023 Counselling

AP PGECET 2023 counseling dates have been released.  The AP PGECET 2023 counseling process consists of a number of phases, including paying the fees, showing up at the centers, verifying your documents, filling out a choice form, seat allotment, and others. GATE/GPAT and AP PGECET candidates can participate in the counseling procedure. For GATE & GPAT and AP PGECET certified applicants, the exam authorities offer separate AP PGECET counseling in 2023. Candidates must register themselves for the AP PGECET counselling. Following that, applicants will be permitted to finish the AP PGECET web option 2023, which will serve as the basis for AP PGECET seat allocation.

AP PGECET 2023 Seat Allotment

The AP PGECET 2023 seat allotment process will be the final phase of the counselling. According to merit, seat availability, and candidates' choice filling that has already been filled, the exam organizers will assign seats to the candidates. Candidates must self-report via a self-reporting mechanism and download the AP PGECET seat allocation letter. Additionally, they must show up at the designated universities or institutions; else, their tickets would be canceled. The AP PGECET seat allotment 2023 will be done round-wise.
