The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released a revised notification for MHT CET BPharmacy admissions 2025 on its official website @
ph2025.mahacet.org,
dated August 26, 2025, which specifies that the MHT CET BPharma counselling registrations have been extended till September 2, 2025 (till 05.00 PM).
The registrations began on July 7 and have now been extended.
Students will be able to get their document verification and application confirmation completed by September 3, 2025. Once the documents have been verified and the applications have been accepted and confirmed, students will be able to download the Maharashtra BPharmacy provisional merit list 2025 by visiting the official website on September 6, 2025. In case of any grievances, students will be able to submit the discrepancies from September 7 to 9, 2025. The final merit list for Maharashtra BPharmacy admission 2025 will be released on September 12, 2025.

To participate in the common entrance test, applicants need to ensure that they meet the requisite Maharashtra B.Pharm eligibility criteria 2025 before they sit for this exam. The State CET Cell has declared the MHT CET 2025 eligibility criteria . All Indian students who wish to take B.Pharmacy Admission Maharashtra offered at the Pharmacy Colleges in Maharashtra are required to sit for this exam:
Maharashtra State Candidate:
- Applicants who completed SSC and HSC/Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor of Science from a Maharashtra educational institution are eligible.
- Alternatively, eligibility extends to candidates with parents domiciled in Maharashtra, providing a domicile certificate as evidence.
- Also eligible are applicants with parents working for the Government of India posted in Maharashtra, reporting before the last application submission date for CAP.
- Applicants with parents employed or retired from the Government of Maharashtra/Undertaking qualify.
All India Category: All applicants who are permanent residents of India are eligible for the entrance test.
Minority Candidates: Eligibility is extended to candidates from specific Linguistic or Religious Minority Communities in Maharashtra, as per the Government of Maharashtra's notification.
Children of NRI/OCI/PIO or children of Indian workers employed in Gulf countries or Foreign Nationals are exempted from MHT CET 2025 for admission purposes.
Academic Qualification
Apart from the nationality and domicile criteria, applicants are also required to have the academic qualifications required for B pharmacy admission 2025 to the courses. The academic qualifications for MHT CET are given as follows:
- Applicants should have passed 10+2 in the stream of science from a recognized board of education.
- The applicants must secure an aggregate score of 50% in the qualifying exam, with compulsory subjects like Physics and Chemistry with one other subject from Mathematics or Biology. Reserved category candidates from Maharashtra must have secured a 45% aggregate score in the subjects mentioned above.

MH B.Pharma Guidelines for Uploading Photographs and Signature
During the application process, candidates were required to upload a photograph of themselves and their signatures. Here are the rules for uploading photographs and signatures under the MHT-CET application form.
For Photograph:
- Candidates are to take a recent colour passport-size photograph of themselves, which has been taken against a light or white background.
- A digital copy of the photograph is required, therefore, candidates should either scan the image or get a digital copy from the shop.
- The file size for the photograph should lie between 15 KB to 50 KB. Any images that do not adhere to the file-size regulation will not be accepted by the system.
For Signature:
- Candidates are required to provide a signature of themselves on white paper, using a black ink pen.
- While scanning and saving the digital copy of the signature, candidates will be required to scan the image in 200 DPI (Dots per Inch).
- The file size of the scanned image should lie between 5 KB to 20 KB, in JPG format.
Once the images have been uploaded successfully, candidates can see the result of the same on the screen. All candidates must ensure that the images that have been uploaded are as per the directives of the State CET Cell.

Candidates were to visit the official website to download the Maharashtra B.Pharmacy Admit Card for MHT CET 2025.
- Using the Login ID and password, which is unique to every candidate, aspirants must log in on the official website.
- The option of downloading the Admit Card will be visible on the screen. All candidates are to download the admit card and check whether all the details on the admit card are correct and complete.
Note: The admit card issued for every candidate is just a certificate that will allow the students to sit for the entrance exam and does not certify that they meet the required eligibility criteria.
Further, candidates who have submitted an incomplete application form are rejected from appearing for the Maharashtra B.Pharmcy admission process. Students are not allowed to submit the application forms twice. However, if candidates wish to submit the application form again, they will first be required to cancel the previous application form. - In case of a tie higher marks or scores in Biology in CET will be given preference
- If the tie still persists, the higher marks or scores in Physics in CET will be checked
- If still there is a tie, higher marks or scores in Chemistry in CET will be given preference
- In case there is still a tie, a higher percentage of marks in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry added together at the Board or Qualifying Examination will be checked
- If still there is a tie,a higher percentage of marks in Biology in HSC or 10+2 Examination will be checked
- If the tie still persists, a higher percentage of marks in Physics in HSC or 10+2 Examination will be given preference

Maharashtra B.Pharm 2025 Merit List
The provisional Maharashtra B Pharm merit list 2025 will be released on July 18, 2025. Candidates can raise grievance against the provisional merit list from July 19 to 21, 2025. The authorities will consider all grievance raised against the provisional merit list and release the final merit list on July 23, 2025.
Maharashtra B.Pharm Selection Process 2025
As part of the Maharashtra B.Pharm selection process and results 2025, a normalisation process will be conducted, which will be used to shortlist the eligible candidates. As per the guidelines, the sets of question papers will be different in each shift. Maharashtra B Pharmacy Reporting and Admission Confirmation
Candidates who have been allotted seats as per their first preference in Round I (auto-freezed) must pay the seat acceptance fee in the online mode by logging in using their credentials. Such applicants must take note that they will not be eligible for participation in subsequent CAP rounds. Moreover, those applicants who have been allotted seats other than their first preference and self-freezed in the Round I must accept the seat allotted to them and pay the seat acceptance fees in the online mode itself. Those candidates also will not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds of counselling.
Applicants who have accepted their allotted seats must report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission. The institute will subsequently verify the documents and upload the admission order of the respective candidate in the online system through the institute login immediately, and will issue a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission and a fee paid receipt to the candidate.
