NIT Delhi Placement Process

NIT Delhi placement process starts in the last week of December and is held till the last week of March. Students who are in the final year of their degree are eligible to take part in the NIT Delhi placements. Check out the detailed NIT Delhi placement process given below.

• The first stage in the NIT Delhi placement procedure is to fill out the JNF or Summer JNF/JAF Form. To recruit from NITD, the company must take out a JNF form.

• The placement office sends out invites to firms and organizations, along with important information.

• Companies and organizations interested in recruiting should register on the Career Services website.

• Companies submit a Job Notification Form (JNF) for each profile they want to hire for. When the completed JNF with all required facts is received, companies are registered and contacted for the next steps.

• Companies/organizations can request pre-processing (tests, assignments, etc.) and provide a desired date.

• The employer freezes the JNF on the Career Services website until a certain date, at which point the student can examine all the details and apply if they qualify. After that, the employer will either shortlist the candidates based on their resumes or by holding a test or group interview.

• Students who will be shortlisted will be informed.

• The placement office assigns dates for on-campus interviews based on student preferences, among other considerations. job description, pay scale, employment history on campus, etc.

• The company releases the final student list the same day, following the conclusion of the selection procedure.
