Overview of AP POLYCET 2023 Counselling

The AP POLYCET 2023 qualified candidates are only eligible for seat allocation and counselling process. The process for AP POLYCET counselling 2023 and seat allocation includes document verification, registration, course and college selection, fee payment, and more. The final allotment of seats for the AP POLYCET will take into account each candidate's merit score, category, availability of seats, and choices they have submitted. The results of the 2023 AP POLYCET counselling and seat distribution will be published by the authorities online, and candidates will need to pay the fees in order to get their allotment letters. The candidates will thereafter have to report at the designated college. 

Documents Required For AP POLYCET 2023 Counselling

The AP POLYCET 2023 qualified candidates are instructed to attend the certificate verification along with a receipt for the processing fee payment from any of the HelpLine Centers according to the schedule provided, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies:

1. Payment receipt of processing fees
2. AP POLYCET 2023 Hall Ticket
3. AP POLYCET 2023 Rank Card 
4. S.S.C. memo or its equivalent (Original or Internet copy).
5. IV to X Study Certificate, Residence Certificate, or, in the event of candidates who have not had an institutional education, the 10-year Residence Certificate of one of the candidate's parents in A.P. in case of non-local candidates.
6. For OC candidates who want to submit a reservation claim under the EWS category, MeeSeva will issue an EWS certificate valid for the years 2023–2024.
7. An income certificate obtained on or after January 1, 2020, is required when requesting reimbursement for tuition.
8. Caste Certificate, provided by the appropriate government, in the case of candidates from the reserved category (OBC/SC/ST).

10. Local status certificate (if applicable): A candidate will be recognized as a local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh if they move from the state of Telangana to any area of the state of Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2015, and June 1, 2021.
11. If applicable, PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate. 
    • Candidates for the PH category must present a certificate from the District Medical Board. Candidates with disabilities of at least 40% will only be considered under the PH category. 
    • Candidates in the CAP category must present their identity card, discharge book, and a certificate from the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (in the case of ex-servicemen) for verification. 
    • Candidates who have Andhra Pradesh-based parents are eligible under the CAP Category. In this matter, the Sainik Welfare of A.P. authorities' judgement is final.
    • The Anglo-Indian Candidates must have a certificate issued by the local competent authority proving their residency.
    • Candidates will have to produce original certifications issued by appropriate authorities for NCC and sports. The candidate should have represented AP state.

AP POLYCET 2023 Counselling Process

• Registration- Candidates need to register for the web-based counselling and seat allocation of the AP POLYCET 2023 and make payment of the processing fee. After registering, a candidate can lock their choices on the specified dates.

At the centres, candidates must bring all their original documents and their respective photocopies. Candidates will receive a "Receipt of Certificates" once all the documents have been verified.
• Choice Filling- Candidates have to lock their choices of polytechnics and courses online on the day of AP POLYCET 2023 web options entry. Candidates should then print their choice registration form after closing their selections. For the option to enter the process, candidates may also go to AP POLYCET 2023 helpline centres.
• Seat Allotment - Before announcing the final allotment for the AP POLYCET, the authorities will consider the candidates' preferences, categories, and merit rankings. The authorities will then issue results for the AP POLYCET 2023 seat distribution. Candidates can log into the portal and check the status of their seat allocation. Candidates who will get seats must pay a nominal charge to visit the site and download their AP POLYCET 2023 seat allotment letters.
• Reporting at the allocated centres and fee payment - After candidates have downloaded their AP POLYCET 2023 seat allotment letters, they must first self-report (using the online system) before physically reporting to the allotted college. The candidates who qualify for the AP POLYCET 2023 exam can follow these instructions to download AP POLYCET 2023 Seat Allotment Letter:

1. Visit the AP POLYCET 2023 official website.

2. Select the Seat Allocation link.

3. Log in using your date of birth, ICR Form Number, and Hall Ticket Number.
