1. AP POLYCET 2026 Registration 

Candidates must register for AP Polycet 2026 web-based counselling and seat allotment and paid the processing fee. Registered candidates can lock in his/her preferences for a specific date.

2. Verification of Documents

For document verification, all eligible candidates must report to AP Polycet helpline centres. At the centres, candidates must present all original and photocopied documents. Candidates will be given a 'Receipt of Certificates' once all of their documents have been confirmed.

3. Web Option Entry

Candidates must enter their polytechnic and course choices online on the scheduled day of web options entry. Candidates must print their option entry form after locking their choices of colleges from the list of AP POLYCET participating colleges. For the option entry process, candidates can also visit AP Polycet 2026 helpline centres.

4. AP Polycet Seat Allotment 2026

After candidates have entered their options, the authorities will consider their choices, category, and merit rank before releasing the final allotment. Following that, officials will announce the AP POLYCET 2026 seat allotment results. By logging into the portal, candidates will be able to check the status of their seat allotment. It has often been observed that the candidates are unaware of what is to be done after the AP Polytechnic seat allotment is declared. We have provided the steps which are to be followed by them:

• The first step which is to be followed by the candidates is paying the seat confirmation fee. The payment of the fee can be done through E-challan. The money along with the challan has to be submitted at the nearest branch of the declared bank. It is to be noted that candidates will not be able to download their respective allotment letters without paying the fee.

• Once the candidates are done with paying the fee, candidates should download their respective AP Polytechnic seat allotment order. Candidates will have to produce these orders at the allotted institutes if they are to proceed with the admission process. The seat allotment order consists of the name of the allotted institutes.

• The next step is to report at the allotted institute. Candidates will have to produce certain documents such as the seat allotment order, bank challan etc. Verification of the documents is already done in the counselling process of AP POLYCET 2026 exam. Therefore, there is no need to get the documents verified at the allotted institutes.

• When the candidates are done with all the above-mentioned, they will have to proceed with the formalities of the institutes regarding the admission process.
