AP POLYCET seat allotment 2024 will be released tentatively in August for Round 1 by the State Board of Technical Education and Training on the official website appolycet.nic.in. Candidates will be allotted seats across the AP POLYCET participating colleges 2024 based upon their rank in AP POLYCET 2024, caste category, choices filled by them, and the availability of seats at the respective colleges. Candidates who have successfully registered for the AP POLYCET counselling 2024 will be eligible for the AP POLYCET seat allotment 2024. Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment letters by paying the required fee. Candidates accepting the seats allotted to them will have to self-report and finally report at the allotted colleges as per the specified dates for final admission.

AP POLYCET 2024 Seat Allotment Process

Candidates can follow the steps below to know about the detailed AP POLYCET 2024 web options and seat allocation procedures.

1. AP POLYCET 2024 Registration 

Candidates must register for AP Polycet 202 web-based counselling and seat allotment and paid the processing fee. Registered candidates can lock in his or her preferences for a specific date.

2. Verification of Documents

For document verification, all eligible candidates must report to AP Polycet helpline centres. At the centres, candidates must present all original and photocopied documents. Candidates will be given a 'Receipt of Certificates' once all of their documents have been confirmed.

3. Web Option Entry

Candidates must enter their polytechnic and course choices online on the scheduled day of web options entry. Candidates must print their option entry form after locking their choices of colleges from the list of AP POLYCET 2024 participating colleges. For the option entry process, candidates can also visit AP Polycet 2024 helpline centres.

4. AP Polycet Seat Allotment 2024 

After candidates have entered their options, the authorities will consider their choices, category, and merit rank before releasing the final allotment. Following that, officials will announce the AP Polycet 2024 seat allotment results. By logging into the portal, candidates will be able to check the status of their seat allotment. Candidates who have been assigned seats must download their AP Polycet 2024 seat allotment letters from the portal. 

5. Reporting to the designated centres and payment of fees

Once candidates have downloaded their AP Polycet 2024 seat allotment letters, they must report to their assigned college, first electronically and then physically. It should be noted that both online and paper reporting are required. Following that, candidates must pay the required admission fee.

How to Download AP POLYCET Seat Allotment Letter

As mentioned earlier, it is necessary for the candidates to download the AP POLYCET seat allotment letter for its future use in the admission process. We have provided the candidates with the steps which are to be followed in order to download the allotment letter in the section below:

• Candidates will have to visit the official website of the examination conducting authority i.e State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh.

• There will be a link displaying “Candidates Login”.

• Candidates should click on the tab.

• This will take the candidates to a page which will ask them to enter certain credentials like Password, Date of Birth, Password and Hall ticket Number.

• After entering all such information, candidates should click on the “sign in” button.

• Candidates will then be able to see the AP POLYCET seat allotment result.

• The seat allotment letter or order is generally available in the pdf format.

• Candidates who secure a rank in the allotment list are advised to download the seat allotment order.

• They are also advised to take a printout of it for future reference.

It has often been observed that the candidates are unaware of what is to be done after the result of seat allotment is declared. We have provided the steps which are to be followed by them:

• The first step which is to be followed by the candidates is paying the seat confirmation fee. The payment of the fee can be done through E-challan. The money along with the challan has to be submitted at the nearest branch of the declared bank. It is to be noted that candidates will not be able to download their respective allotment letters without paying the fee.

• Once the candidates are done with paying the fee, candidates should download their respective seat allotment order. Candidates will have to produce these orders at the allotted institutes if they are to proceed with the admission process. The seat allotment order consists of the name of the allotted institutes.

• The next step is to report at the allotted institute. Candidates will have to produce certain documents such as the seat allotment order, bank challan etc. Verification of the documents is already done in the counselling process of AP POLYCET. Therefore, there is no need to get the documents verified at the allotted institutes.

• When the candidates are done with all the above-mentioned, they will have to proceed with the formalities of the institutes regarding the admission process.
