BITSAT exam centres 2024 are located in 63 cities across India and abroad. Candidates could choose up to three preferred locations during registration for the upcoming BITSAT 2024 exam Session 1 scheduled from May 20 to 24, 2024.

BITSAT Exam Centre 2024 - The BITSAT exam centre 2024 list contains 63 locations where the BITS Admission Test will be conducted this year. Of these, 61 BITSAT 2024 exam centres are located in India and 2 are located abroad. BITS Pilani revealed the final allocation of centres through the BITSAT 2024 test centre allotment on May 3, 2024. The exam centres have been allotted as per the candidates' preferences and seat availability. The BITSAT Session 1 hall ticket is relased on 16th May, 2024 and the exam will begin on May 20 and will conclude on May 24, 2024.

Since many students take the test, the Institute plans to hold the exams at designated Test Centers in several other cities in addition to the BITS campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad, to make it easier for students from all over India to take part in BITSAT 2024 exam. Note: Although candidates are given the option of choosing their BITSAT 2024 exam center during application time, BITS Pilani reserves the right to put anyone in any test centre. Reasons may include lack of suitable facilities at some locations; or if technical difficulties arise as a result of which the test must be cancelled at one location.

How to Check BITSAT Exam Centers 2024 Allotted?

Follow the steps given below to check the allotted BITSAT 2024 exam centres.

Step 1: Visit to the BITSAT official website.
Step 2: Go to the "Click here to check BITSAT 2024 Center Allotted to Candidates" link.
Step 3: Fill out all of the required information, including the application number, gender, date of birth, and email address.
Step 4: After filling out all of the information, click "Proceed."
Step 5: View the final exam location.

BITSAT Exam Centres 2024 Key Highlights

Candidates can check the important details regarding BITSAT 2024 exam centres below. 

  • The candidates are given to select 3 exam centres from the given list in order of preference while filling up the BITSAT 2024 application form. 
  • The exams are conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) in designated centres
  • Candidates will be allotted a centre based on their selected BITSAT exam centres 2024
  • Slot booking is compulsory for all candidates, any candidates failing to do so will not be issued a BITSAT admit card 2024
  • Candidates will not be allowed to change their selected examination centre once slot booking is confirmed
  • The examination conduction body may cancel any exam centre due to the low value of candidates, in such scenarios candidates will be allotted the second centre of preference
  • Candidates who will Dubai/Kathmandu have to come to the respective centre only, other preferences are not considered
  • The final examination centers, operation days, and examination dates for India, Dubai, and Nepal will be released once the final application process has been completed

BITSAT 2024 Slot Booking

BITSAT slot booking 2024 session 2 is expected to commence on June 15 and will be closed June 17 in 2024. It is an important step that candidates must complete to appear for the exam. During the slot booking process, candidates have to select their preferred exam date and time slot from the available options. The process is conducted online, and candidates can complete it through the official website of BITSAT. 

Step 1: To book their slots, candidates have to log in to the BITSAT website 

Step 2: using their application number, date of birth, and email ID, candidates must log in into the BITSAT candidate portal

Step 3: After logging in, candidates will be directed to a page displaying available exam dates and time slots. They must select the most convenient option based on their preparation and other factors. 

Note: Candidates must also ensure that they book their slots at the earliest to avoid missing out on their preferred date and time.

It is important to note that the slot booking process is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Thus, candidates must act fast to get the date and time slot of their choice. They must also ensure that they provide accurate and valid information during the booking process, as any discrepancies may result in the cancellation of their candidature.

After booking their slots, candidates must download their BITSAT admit card from the official website. The BITSAT 2024 admit card sesssion 1 has been released on May 16, 2024. Can a candidate from Dubai select multiple BITSAT examination centers?

No. Candidates residing in Dubai are not permitted to select multiple exam centers for the BITSAT exam. The BITSAT examination is conducted in the Dubai campus of BITS and all the candidates should report there physically on the day of the BITSAT exam. However, in case any candidate wishes to appear for the BITSAT entrance examination from India, they can select from 3 different exam centers according to their preference.

Is there any arrangement provided for accommodation when a candidate goes to one of the BITS campuses for the exam?

Candidates choosing one of the BITS campuses as their BITSAT exam centers can avail accommodation at the university hostels for nominal charges.

 

Can candidates change their BITSAT exam center after receiving their BITSAT admit card?

No, the BITSAT exam center once allocated after the successful submission of the BITSAT application form cannot be changed. It is advisable for the candidates to be cautious while choosing the BITSAT exam center. Candidates can select a maximum of 3 exam centers at the time of registration. No, applicants taking the BITSAT 2023 exam will not be permitted to bring a watch or a metallic object with them.
