The AEEE 2026 Phase 1 slot booking will start from January 16, 2026, onwards. The official slot booking portal will be available at aeee.amrita.edu, where candidates have to log in using their registered email or mobile number and OTP. The last date for booking slots for AEEE 2026 is January 23, 2026.
The slot booking process is mandatory for all registered candidates, and it allows candidates to choose their preferred exam date and time for the AEEE Phase 1. It is not automatic, and candidates must log in to the official portal and select a convenient exam city, date, and time slot within the allotted window.
If a candidate does not book a slot, the system will randomly assign one based on availability. Having a confirmed slot is important because the AEEE admit card is issued only after slot booking, which allows candidates to plan their preparation and travel accordingly.

How to Book AEEE 2026 Phase 1 Slots?
Candidates can book their AEEE 2026 Phase 1 slots online through the official portal. The process is simple and done entirely on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Go to the AEE 2026 Official Website
- Click on “Slot Booking” or “Login” and enter your registered email ID or mobile number. You will receive an OTP; enter it to access your dashboard.
- Once logged in, select the Slot Booking option from your dashboard.
- Choose a city from the available list. Only centres with open slots will be displayed. If your preferred city is full, select another nearby city.
- Available dates will appear for each city along with three timing options. Select your preferred date and slot.
- Check the selected city, date, and time slot, then confirm your choice. Your slot will now be booked and reflected in your admit card.
What to Do if Preferred AEEE 2026 Slot is Not Available?
If the required AEEE 2026 Phase 1 slot is not available during slot booking, the candidate must choose another available slot from the same exam window in the same city or switch to a nearby city where the desired slot is still open. Since slot booking is done in real time on a first‑come, first‑served basis, popular slots (especially morning slots in big cities) get filled quickly, so the system will simply prompt the candidate to select a different date or time when the chosen one is no longer available.
If none of the preferred slots are available, it is better to book the next best option as soon as possible, because if no slot is booked by the last date, the system will automatically assign a random slot based on availability, which may not be convenient. Candidates should plan accordingly and check for slots regularly until they successfully book one..
