BCECE UGEAC Merit List 2024: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) released the BCECE Board Bihar UGEAC B.Tech merit list 2024 on its official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. To check the BCECE UGEAC Merit List 2024 candidates are required to login into the BCECE candidate portal using their credentials like date of birth and UGEAC ID. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will prepare the Bihar UGEAC merit list 2024 on the basis of the marks secured by the students in JEE Main 2024 exam. Candidates must take note that there will be no separate exam conducted for admission in the Bihar UGEAC participating colleges. What is BCECE UGEAC?

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) which also goes by the name of Bihar UGEAC for providing admission to eligible candidates into the BTech courses offered by the colleges of Bihar. The admission into the engineering institutes of Bihar is conducted on the basis of the scores secured by the candidates in the JEE Main entrance exam. Previously, the admission was conducted via BCECE.

Bihar UGEAC 2024 Counselling

The counselling process was open to candidates who have been shortlisted based on the BCECE UGEAC merit list 2024. All of these students would be required to register for Bihar UGEAC counselling 2024 and fill out their college and course choices. The detailed BCECE UGEAC counselling procedure has been mentioned below.

Registration: Candidates must first complete the Bihar UGEAC registration process by submitting the necessary information, including the registration number, candidate's name and candidate's date of birth.

Choice Filling: Candidates will also need to fill out their preferred colleges and courses. The list of colleges and branches accepting applications will be shown on the screen. Additionally, candidates must make a decision and lock their choices before the deadline.

Seat Allotment: The authorities i.e. BCECEB will allocate seats based on the BCECE Board Bihar UGEAC B.Tech merit list 2024 and choices made in advance by the applicants. To check the seat allotment result candidates have to login by entering their appropriate credentials. 

Admission Fee Payment: Candidates must then report to the reporting centre and pay the admission fee. Demand draft of Rs. 25,000 has to be made in favour of the Principal of the allotted institute. 

Document Verification: Candidates who have been allotted are required to successfully complete the verification process of all the documents. Only applicants who successfully complete the verification process will be given admission at allotted college / institute.
