Board Exam Calendar 2022

Board Exam 2023: We are already in the middle of the academic year 2022-23. Half yearly exams have already been conducted for all the schools affiliated to the state and central educational boards in India. Generally, the board exams are conducted in March - April every year. But due to the severe impact of Covid-19 virus, the periodicity of the board exams, whether at the central or state level, has been disrupted. Earlier, Board practical exams were conducted in January following the Pre Board exams. Unfortunately, for the last two years, there was no discreet schedule for the examination cycle. Now, as it seems that the education of the younger generation cannot be kept at stake at any cost, the government and various educational authorities are working resiliently to cover the lapse and recover the original state.

The Board exams in India are conducted for classes 10th and 12th and are divided into different categories. These categories of board exams include national-level board exams and state-level board exams. The national-level board exams are CBSE and CISCE while the state-level board exams are conducted by every state in India. CBSE Board recently announced the board exam dates 2023 for class 10th and 12th. Some of the state boards like UP Board, WB Board, UK Board, Kerala Board, etc have also released the board exam 2023 dates on their official website.

The following page will highlight the complete board exam calendar 2023 including the important dates for CBSE, CISCE, and state-level board exams.
