West Bengal HS Result 2025 has been released on May 7, 2025, at 12:30 PM. The pass percentage stands at 90.79 percent this year. Boys' pass percentage is 92.38%, and girls' pass percentage is 88.18%. West Bengal HS Result PPR/PPS 2025

WBCHSE has issued a notification for PPR/PPS. You can apply for tatkal scrutiny and review from May 8 (from midnight) and May 11 (till 11.59 PM). For regular applications, the window will remain open until May 22 (till 11.59 PM). The entire process will be conducted online this year. The fee structure has been fixed at INR 150 per subject for scrutiny and INR 200 per subject for review under the regular application process. Notably, while scrutiny can be requested for all subjects, review is restricted to a maximum of two subjects.

For immediate scrutiny and review, the application fee will be INR 600 and INR 800 per subject. The Council has also clarified that candidates applying for PPS or PPR this year will not be allowed to challenge their answer scripts later through the Right to Information (RTI) Act — a move aimed at streamlining the post-result review process.

You can follow the simple procedure given below to apply for the West Bengal HS Result PPR/PPS 2025 after the release of the result:

• Step 1: You will first have to visit the official website of the West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education at wbchse.wb.gov.in
• Step 2: The home page will open on your screen, where you have to click on the option called “Students Login”.
• Step 3: You have to now register yourself on the official website. Enter your Registration Number, Institution Code [ which was printed on the left corner of the Mark sheet ], and the mobile number on which the OTP for registration and username after registration will be sent.
• Step 4: Now, go to the PPS/PPR tab
• Step 5: Enter your roll number and mark sheet number. And Press the ‘Validate Roll No & Marksheet No’ Button.
• Step 5: Select subjects for PPS/PPR and click the preview button to recheck.
• Step 6: After reviewing the details, click the ‘I accept’ check box, then you will get the final submit button; otherwise, do the necessary modifications by pressing the edit button.
• Step 7: You now have to pay the application fee according to the subjects.

If students fail one or two subjects in the annual West Bengal Board of Higher Secondary Education Result 2025, they will have the opportunity to retake the exam through the supplementary papers. This will allow them to bypass the failed subject(s) and save an academic year. The WBCHSE will hold compartment exams in July 2025, and the schedule will be available online. The West Bengal HS Supplementary Result 2025 will be issued in August 2025. Students are required to obtain their original WB HS Marksheet 2025 by visiting their school premises after the declaration of the result. The marksheet with the original certificate will be distributed after a week of the result declaration. Students are required to obtain their marksheet as soon as possible because it is the official proof of passing the Higher Secondary Board Exams. If there is any error in your marksheet, then you must contact your school authorities as soon as possible so that they can get it corrected by communicating with the board officials. The marksheet and pass certificates will be available from 55 distribution centers, including the four regional offices of the Council.
