You can access their UP Board Result 2026 class 10 on the DigiLocker portal (app as well as a website) in addition to the official website. The UP Board authorities took this initiative due to the heavy traffic on the official website, which could slow it down. If you are unable to clear one or two subjects as per the UP Board 10th result 2026, you will have a chance to appear for the UP Board 10th compartment exam and improve your results. The UPMSP will conduct the compartment exams in June 2026, and the results for the same will be declared in July 2026. UP Board 10th Division System 2026

A student must score at least 30% in theory and 40% in practical exams for practical subjects and a minimum of 33% for non-practical subjects to pass the UPMSP 10th examination. Apart from that, a student must achieve an overall score of 150 marks in the UPMSP Matric exam to pass. Furthermore, based on their UP Board Class 10 Result 2026, students who pass the UPMSP Class 10 Exam 2026 will be classified into three groups which are as stated below:

UP Board 10th Grace Marking 2026

To make things a little easier for the students, the UPMSP follows the grace marks system. If a student's score stands slightly below the minimum passing marks in a maximum of two courses, the UP Board will credit grace marks to that student. Such students will be considered to have passed by the board and will get a rebate for appearing in the compartment exam. Grace marks will be given to students if the following requirements are met:

1. If a candidate has a score of less than 8% in a single topic, the board will give them grace marks to enable them to pass the exam.
2. If a candidate has a score of less than 4% in two topics, the board will give them grace marks to enable them to pass the exam.
3. If a candidate obtains a 75% overall grade but fails one course by less than 10%, they will be awarded grace marks to enable them to pass the exam.

What After UP Board 10th Result 2026?

Just after the declaration of the UP Board 10th result, students will have various options based on their performance in the exam, and yes, obviously, based on their choices concerning their further education. Some of these options, that one might have to go for after the announcement of UP Board High School Result, have been listed below:

• Students who are not satisfied with their marks in the UP Board 10th result 2026 can apply for revaluation. UP Board 10th Revaluation process has already been discussed above.
• Students who have failed in one or two subjects will have an opportunity to pass the papers by appearing in the UP Board Class 10 compartment exams. Registration for the compartment exams will begin a week after the declaration of the result. The students will have to visit the official website to fill out the compartment exam form or they can apply for the same by communicating with their concerned school authorities.
• For the students who will successfully pass all the exams, they are required to collect their original marksheet and certificate from their respective schools or colleges so that they can take admission to the next class. The result that will be presented on the official website of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad is a provisional UP Board Class 10 Result 2026 so the actual result will be presented through the marksheet that will be distributed only by the school authorities.
• The marksheet will be distributed by the school authorities 15-20 days after the announcement of the result.
• As the students will have to take admission in 11th standard or they will be going on for some diploma courses, after they have completed their High School, so to proceed with the admissions they will need their Class 10 certificate as well as marksheet.
• The students will have to choose one out of the three streams i.e. Science, Arts, or Commerce, to do their Intermediate. The students can choose the streams available in their respective schools or colleges or they can also pursue their education privately if they wish to prepare for any competitive exam for medicine or any other engineering field.
• If the students wish to continue their education in some other schools of the UP Board, then they are required to submit a photocopy of the marksheet of class 10th as well as the transfer certificate, to the concerned school authorities.
