CCMT Seat Acceptance Process 2025
After the seats are allocated to the students through CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment, students have to accept the seats allotted to them. To accept the seats, students have to pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2025 of INR 30,000. The acceptance fee can be paid through SBI MOPS (i.e. net banking or credit card or debit card or e-challan at any branch of SBI).
Following the payment of the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2025, their documents are verified in online mode. After the verification, students are issued the document verification slip after the successful verification of all documents. The CCMT Seat Acceptance Process 2025 is followed by three options: CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Freeze option, CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Float Option, and CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Sliding Option.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Freeze Option
CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment Freeze Option is chosen if the students are satisfied with the seats allocated to them after the CCMT Seat Allotment 2025, They can confirm their seats with the freeze option. Students who will choose the CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Freeze Option will have to pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2025.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Float Option
CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment Float Option can be opted for by the student when they are offered a seat through CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 and the student wishes to wait for seat allotment to higher preferences in other institutes. Students choosing the CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Float Option will have to wait for the next round of CCMT 2025 Counselling.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Sliding Option
CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment Sliding Option can be opted for by the students if they wish to be allotted a seat in a higher preferred choice of course in the same institute during subsequent allotment rounds. Students choosing the CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Sliding Option will have to wait for the next round of CCMT 2025 Counselling.
Students who will be allocated seats in the CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Round 3 will have to choose their preferred choice (frozen, sliding, or floating), the same as they have done in Rounds 1 and 2. Students who are satisfied with their CCMT seat allotment result must pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2025. The authorities will conduct an internal sliding and national-level upgrade round for students who will choose the CCMT 2025 Seat Allotment Sliding Option Round 3.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Reporting Process
For students who have successfully been allocated seats and paid the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2025, the document verification process is held out by the reporting institutes within the stipulated time period. During online document verification, authorities will confirm the Date of Birth (DOB), Qualifying Details, Category of the students, PwD, and minimum eligibility and revamp consequently. The following are the possibilities that can occur on the updation of the student’s parameters:
The student will remain in this round and the seat remains allotted as the original allotment
The allotted seat of the student would be nullified in this round and will be moved to the next round and on the basis of the updated eligibility and seat availability, they may be allotted a seat in the next round.
On the basis of the input provided by verifying the user during document validation, if the allotted seat is being confirmed then “Provisional Admission Letter” will be provided to the student login.
If the student withdraws the application, “Seat Cancellation Letter” will be rendered in the student's login.
For document discrepancy removal, the student needs to resubmit the documents for which a discrepancy has been generated by the virtual reporting center user at the time of document verification for the culmination of the document validation procedure by the virtual reporting center user.
Students who do not reply to questions submitted by the virtual reporting center during the specified period then such students will be considered as ‘Not Reported’ and their allotted seats will be canceled.
