
GATE 2026 Application Fees:
Application form and fee payment details have been released by the exam authorities for the upcoming
GATE 2026 exam
. The application process has started from August 28, 2025 in online mode at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. In order to submit the application form, a registration fee must be paid. IIT Guwahati has revised the application fee of the exam; the revised examination fee for general applicants is Rs. 2000 and Rs. 1000 for reserved applicants. GATE application form submission last date without a late fee is September 28, 2025. Later, the applicants will be provided with the facility to apply for the GATE 2026 exam by paying the late application fee of Rs. 2500 and Rs. 1500 for the general and reserved categories, respectively.
