Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will be published by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Goa, in July 2025. The Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will be released in a PDF format, in online mode, for all the registered students for the MBBS course and BDS courses. The Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 features some important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, parents’ details, candidate’s category, etc.

All the qualifying students who made it to the Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 will become eligible to take part in the Goa NEET Counselling 2025 process. The NEET UG 2025 Exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, and the results were published on June 14, 2025, by the NTA. Students who are permanent residents of Goa and secure a high qualifying NEET UG score 2025 will be placed at the top of the Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025. Goa NEET Merit List 2025: Tie-Breaking Criteria

In a situation where two or more students have scored the same NEET 2025 marks, a tie-breaking criterion has been established. Given below is the revised DTE Goa NEET Merit List 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria :

Students with higher percentile scores in Biology will be preferred over others, followed by Chemistry and Physics, respectively.
If the tie still exists, students with an overall lesser number of incorrect answers will be given the preference, followed by a lesser number of incorrect answers in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, respectively.

What After Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025?

After the Goa NEET UG Merit List 2025 PDF is published, the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education activates the online registration portal for Goa NEET MBBS/BDS Counselling 2025. The students who have secured the Goa NEET cutoff marks 2025 will be called for the counselling process. All students are required to participate in Choice-Filling during the Counselling process, based on which they will be allotted their desired medical college for admission. The student must know what documents to carry to the Goa NEET UG Counselling 2025 to avoid any last-minute hassle.
