Gujarat B.Pharm Selection Process 2025

Candidates are shortlisted based on their academic scores in the Class 12 examination & their scores in the GUJCET exam. The merit list of GUJCET 2025 will be released online mode by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). After that, they need to appear for the GUJCET Counselling Process 2025.

Seat Distribution

Based on the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee, all Government seats shall be filled up. And for the management seats, the inter-se merit list will be prepared by the Educational College or Institution.

• If a candidate is taking part in the vacant round without cancelling his previous reserved seat in the admission process and has also secured a seat in the vacant round. Then as per the prevailing rule, the cancellation and refund of the seat will be refunded to the candidate.

• And if the vacant seats remain unfilled then the candidate will not be eligible to receive a refund of the token fee paid and in some cases the institute may also demand a one-semester fee. Thus, it is recommended that the prospective candidates take note of this clause and finalize their acceptance status before the cancellation process.

• The names of the selected candidates will then be published on the official website of the institute/ university. After that, the shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for the document verification at the institute/university and if any applicant is found with any incorrect information then the admission of the applicant will be cancelled immediately.
