• Lists the names of all finally selected candidates, category-wise.

• Selected candidates must pay the Offer Acceptance Fee (typically ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 across IIMs) within the deadline to secure their seat.

• Merit list is prepared using final composite score weightages for PGP/PGPHRM.

Eligibility for Graduates of 2019 or Earlier

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with:

– ≥50% marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates.

– ≥45% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

• Degree must be from a university recognised by UGC/AICTE/Ministry of HRD.

• This aligns with the Common Eligibility Norms followed by all IIMs.

Eligibility for Graduates of 2020 or Later (Revised Rule)

• During COVID-19, many universities issued Pass/Promotion/No-Marks certifications.

• Candidates with a “Pass/Promotion” certificate in place of marksheets are fully eligible.

• This applies especially to students evaluated under the 2021–2025 altered academic policies.

• Final-year students receiving proper marks/grades continue to qualify under regular rules.

• Adjustment ensures fairness for students from universities affected by pandemic-era grading.

General Admission Requirements (Applicable to All Candidates)

• Must appear for CAT 2025, opting for IIM Indore during registration.

• Must meet minimum sectional & overall percentiles prescribed for the year.

• If the university awards CGPA instead of marks, conversion will follow:

– University’s official conversion formula, OR

– If unavailable, CGPA/Maximum CGPA × 100 (IIM Indore’s default method).

• Consistent with IIM Council guidelines for standardised evaluation.

Eligibility for Final-Year Students (Provisional Admission)

• Final-year bachelor’s degree students can apply provisionally.

• Must submit a certificate issued by the Principal/Registrar/Director confirming:

– They are in the final year OR awaiting results.

– They have scored ≥50% marks (General/EWS/OBC) OR ≥45% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in exams completed so far.

• Admission becomes confirmed only after submitting the final degree/marksheet by the deadline.

Dear Student, The hostel villas and rooms in Global Institute of Business Studies 10-Acre Lush Green Campus are quite comfortable with well-furnished and spacious, typically with beds, study desks, chairs, and wardrobes — designed to support both rest and study. You will have a comfortable living experience thanks to clean, neat, well-maintained, and ventilated hostel accommodations. As for privacy, 3-4 students are expected to share a single unit, which means privacy is average but fairly standard for student hostels. Curfew timings are enforced (e.g., ~8–9 PM), especially in the girls’ hostel, which adds structured security but limits late-night movement.
