JEE Main CSAB Special Opening and Closing Ranks 2023: The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has released the Special Round 2 cutoff of CSAB 2023 at csab.nic.in on August 23, 2023. Candidates are required to report to the allotted institute and complete the further admission process. CSAB 2023 special rounds are solely based on the JEE Main rank obtained by candidates in JEE Mains 2023 for seats still vacant after all the JoSAA 2023 rounds. Aspirants must take note that the authorities will only allot seats to registered applicants as per the merit list of JEE Mains, preference, and availability of seats at various JEE Mains participating colleges 2023. The participating institutes of CSAB admission 2023 are NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

CSAB 2023 Seat Allotment 

The seat allotment process of CSAB 2023 includes the following procedure that every candidate is required to follow. The detailed procedure is mentioned below.

Step 1 - Registration: To register themselves, applicants have to log in at CSAB official website using their application number and password of JEE Mains 2023
Step 2 - Choice of Participating Institute: Every candidate is required to select their preferred college/institute and courses. The authorities will allot seats and colleges on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidate
Step 3 - Paying Counselling Fees: Students have to pay the counselling fees in online mode using a debit card/credit card
Step 4 - Seat Allotment: Candidates can check their allotted seat in the online mode which will be published on the official website of CSAB at csab.nic.in. 
Step 5 - Verification of Documents: After the seat allotment process is over, students have to report to the allotted institute/college for verification of their documents. Candidates must note that the seat will be confirmed only after the payment of the counselling fee.
