List of Documents Required for TS ECET Counselling 2025: The TS ECET counselling schedule has been released. You will be required to provide several documents to participate in the counselling process. TS ECET 2025 counselling will be conducted for admission to Lateral Entry B.Tech/BE courses across Telangana. The registration process for the final phase of TS ECET counselling started on July 11, 2025. The dates to exercise web options for TS ECET final phase counselling were July 14 to 15, 2025. The seat allotment for TS ECET final phase counselling has been released on July 18, 2025. Earlier, the TS ECET round 1 counselling was completed on June 29, 2025. Some of the important documents you should keep handy to participate in TS ECET 2025 counselling include the TS ECET 2025 admit card, TS ECET rank card, academic certificates, diploma certificate, and domicile certificates. In this article, we have provided the list of documents required for TS ECET counselling 2025. The TS ECET 2025 exam was conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) on May 12, 2025. The TS ECET 2025 answer key and response sheet were released on May 14, 2025.

Only those students who secured the minimum qualifying marks will be eligible to take part in the counselling process based on their TS ECET 2025 Rank. The dates for the final phase of TS ECET Counselling 2025 have been updated in the table below:

TS ECET Counselling 2025: Step-by-Step Procedure

The counselling process for TS ECET 2025 involves multiple steps, starting from online registration and fee payment to choice filling and locking, document verification, seat allotment, and finally, reporting to the designated institute.

You can check the step-by-step procedure below -

Step 1: Online Registration

The first step of the Telangana State ECET counselling process is online registration. Students who are shortlisted based on their TS ECET ranks must first visit the official website – www.tsecet.nic.in and register themselves online to fill out the application form and book a slot for the counselling.

Step 2: Payment of Processing Fee

After filling out the application form, you must pay the required fee amount to proceed and book a slot as per your preference. The counselling fee amount for the SC/ST category is INR 600/-, while that for all other categories, including General/EWS/OBC, etc., is INR 1,200/-. The TS ECET 2025 counselling fee can be paid online through Net banking/Credit card/Debit card, whichever seems convenient to you.

Step 3: Slot Booking for Document Verification

After the successful payment of the processing fee, you can book your slots and visit the allotted centres along with the essential documents for verification. It is to be noted that document verification is an integral part of the TS ECET counselling process, and if you fail to report for document and certificate verification shall not be allotted seats.

Step 4: Choice Filling and Locking

Following the verification of documents, you will be able to fill in your preferred B. Tech colleges and courses by logging in to the portal. While entering the name of the institutes, you must fill in the information in order of preference, since it will be taken into consideration during seat allotment. Besides, you are advised to enter as many names as you can, depending on your ranks, to improve your chances of selection for the desired course. Once the choices are filled in, you must ensure to lock them in order to be considered for seat allotment. It must be noted that once the choices are locked, you will not be able to make any further changes.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

TSCHE will announce the TS ECET 2025 Seat Allotment will commence tentatively in June 2025 in online mode. The seats will be allocated on the basis of your preference, merit, and availability. Once the final seats are allotted, you will need to report to the designated TS ECET participating college for admission.

Step 5: Confirmation of Admission

Finally, if selected, you will need to download your seat allotment order and pay the required fee amount to confirm your admission. On the day of admission, you must report to the allotted institute along with the necessary documents and certificates to conclude the admission process successfully.
