The official website for submitting the list of important documents for JEECUP 2026 application form is jeecup.admissions.nic.in. There is no secondary website for document submission and therefore, it is crucial that applicants only follow the official website for registration process.

Certificates Required for JEECUP 2026 Application Form

The list of certificates required to fill out the application form for JEECUP 2026 is as follows -

1. Educational Certificates

All the applicants must hold an important educational certificate so that authorities can make sure they fulfil the JEECUP 2026 eligibility criteria .

  • 10 class Marksheet- You must upload the class 10th mark sheet along with a copy of other board certificates.

  • 12 class Certificates- You must upload the class 12th mark sheet and certificates (required in some courses).

2. Caste Certificates

Candidates who are availing of any reservation or advantage given to a certain category should have the necessary caste certificate for verification purposes.

  • PWD certificates- Candidates belonging to the PWD category are required to upload PWD certificates.

  • EWS Certificate- Candidates who are from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) must upload an EWS Certificate.

It is important to keep in mind that the caste certificates must be issued after April 1, of the exam year, to be deemed valid by the exam conducting body. Older issuance dates of these certificates may be deemed invalid by the exam authority during document verification process.

3. Valid ID Proofs

To complete the JEECUP Application Process, all applicants will be required to keep their Aadhaar card ready. Apart from the Aadhaar Card, one can also submit other important valid ID proofs like the Voter’s Card, Bank details, Passport, PAN card, Ration card or any Government-issued identification. These documents are required for verification purposes of the exam conducting body.

Image Specification for JEECUP Application Form 2026

While filling out the application form of JEECUP 2026, candidates will be required to upload their photographs. The image should be uploaded as per the specified format provided by the conducting body.

Can I Upload a Thumb Impression Instead of a Signature?

No, you cannot substitute thumb impression for signature in the list of documents required for JEECUP 2026 application form. In fact, students are required to upload both as separate documents for verification. While some exams allow a thumb impression as an alternative to signature for those who cannot sign, the JEECUP authority mandates three separate requirements for a complete application: a photograph, a signature, and a left-hand thumb impression, for a multi-layered identity verification system.
