  • The student must have completed a bachelor degree or its equivalent from a UGC  recognised college or university.
  • It is compulsory for the candidate to have completed his/ her UG degree in the regular mode. There are a few colleges that accept students who have secured their undergraduate degree through distance education and such students must target these colleges for admission.
  • There is no age limit to apply for LL.B admission in Rajasthan.
  • The candidate must have scored no less than 45-50 per cent aggregate marks in the UG degree (relaxation of 5 per cent is given in some colleges for reserved category candidates).
  • It is mandatory for the applicant to have received passing marks in all the subjects of the bachelor degree as well as of the 10+2 level.
  • The eligibility conditions vary from college to college so candidates must go through the criteria specified by their desired institute as well.
  • There are a number of colleges that also accept candidates who have a postgraduate degree in any stream for their LL.B admission.

The application process for Rajasthan LL.B admissions is generally completed in the online mode. Candidates will be required to apply to each college separately. The detailed Rajasthan LL.B application process has been explained below.

  • The candidate will have to visit the official website of the college to which he/ she seeks admission.
  • It is essential for the candidate to complete the application process within the given deadline.
  • On the official website, the link to the application form will be available either on the home page or under the "Admissions" tab.
  • The applicant will be able to access the application form for LL.B admissions by clicking on the link.
  • While filling the application form, some personal and educational details of the candidate will be required.
  • He/ she must enter all valid and correct information as any discrepancy will lead to the cancellation of the application form.
  • Additionally, marks scored in the qualifying exams and identification details will also be required while filling the form.
  • After entering all the details asked, the students will have to upload scanned copies of the documents required in the form.

National/ State Level Entrance Exam:

Many law colleges in the state of Rajasthan accept national-level or state-level law entrance exams for selecting candidates for their LL.B course. If a candidate seeks admission to one of these colleges, it is mandatory for him/ her to appear for the exam accepted by their desired college.

College Entrance Exams:

Hello Sakshi,

To secure admission to the B.A LLB programme at Swami Vivekananda Law College, you must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks (SC/ ST category candidates - 40%). The programme is 5 years long and divided into 10 semesters. It has an intake of 120 students. The programme is affiliated to CCS University, Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

MS Motihari College admissions are open for the current academic session. Students at MS College Motihari are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination. There is no entrance test for the LLB course. Students can also get scholarships as per the government policies.
