NATA Eligibility Criteria 2025
The Council of Architecture (CoA) prescribes the NATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria . The following pointers will exclusively deal with the detailed eligibility criteria of NATA which the students must meet to be able to sit in the NATA exam for the session 2025-25:
CoA has not specified any age criteria to apply for the NATA exam
The students must have qualified for the 10+2 level qualifying exam with an aggregate of 50% or more in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined at the qualifying level
ORThe students should have qualified 10+ 3 Diploma with Mathematics as subject
Students who are taking the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as topics of study or the 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics this year may also apply provisionally for NATA 2025.
NOTE- No student will be accepted to the architecture program unless he has completed an examination at the end of the 10+2 level of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as at least 50% aggregate marks in the 10+2 level examination, or has passed a 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% aggregate marks.

NATA Application Form Dates 2025
The Council of Architecture is expected to release the NATA 2025 Application Form 2025 in March 2025. Students who complete the NATA 2025 application process before the deadline will be issued the NATA Admit Card 2025. Many BArch admissions at the state level will also be based on the NATA 2025 score.

Note: The students must not think that they will be allocated a seat in one of the Architecture institutions if they qualify for the NATA exam. Allocation of seats or final admission will solely depend on the students’ fulfillment of eligibility conditions and criteria prescribed by the competent authorities.
Who is Eligible to Join in the First Year of 5-year BArch Programme?
Only those students fulfilling the below conditions will be eligible to join the first year of the 5-year BArch program in one of the Architecture institutions:
To get admission to an Architecture course, the students should pass the 10+2 scheme of examination by at least 50%.
The students should get at least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
No direct lateral admission is permissible at any year/stage/semester of the BArch course.
Note: Note: The aggregate marks should be in the 10+2 level examination or 10+2 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks. Architecture students must know that only by qualifying NATA exam they will be able to secure a seat in one of the Architecture institutions in the country. Any request regarding direct or lateral entry at any year or stage of the B.Arch programme will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Reservation Under Different Categories
Relaxation in qualifying marks for the reserved category students is a prerogative of the admission or Counselling authority. The concerned authorities do not fall under the purview.

NATA 2025: Number of Attempts
