How to Prepare for NATA in 1 Month?

Completion of the syllabus

The exam pattern of NATA 2022 shows that the entrance exam is conducted for a duration of 3 hours. The exam consists of 125 questions for 200 marks. The medium of the NATA 2022 exam is in English and candidates need to note that there are no other languages entertained. For every correct answer, candidates will be allotted 1, 2, or 3 marks as per the question. No provision of negative marking is present in the exam for wrong answers.

What is the preparation strategy for Aptitude?

  • Candidates should always try to revise all the crucial concepts and keep the general knowledge revised daily 
  • Practice a lot NATA Aptitude Questions as possible from the previous year's papers, sample papers, and mock tests as this will help the candidates to know the type of questions asked in the exam
  • Focusing more on topics like Buildings in India and the World, speed distance and time, Important Architects of India and the World, Logical and Reasoning Ability questions, General Maths questions like area, volume Mirror Images, Building Materials and Terminology, etc is required

What are the preparation strategy for Mathematics?

  • The questions asked in the maths section are mainly on the basis of the class 12 syllabus
  • Revising all the important formulas from NCERT textbooks regularly is mandatory
  • Solving the NATA Mock Tests 2022 to analyze the preparation levels and always try to overcome the errors
  • Candidates are advised to practice questions on the basis of profit and loss, area and proportion, probability, speed and distance, interest, etc

Since this portion of the syllabus is comparatively easy than the other topics, candidates who are good at drawing will be able to fetch healthy marks in this section.

  • To make the perspective of the candidate’s drawing more attractive, candidates need to practice various kinds of windows, doors, buildings, etc 
  • Practicing as many viewpoint questions as possible to get a thought about the scale and proportion of the images
  • Try adding shadows to the questions as this will help the candidates fetch more marks 
  • Candidates are also advised to solve at least 2 to 3 perspective questions from the previous year's papers drawing section on a daily basis
