Proforma B	This Proforma is required to be filled out by students who are not a resident of West Bengal. Nonetheless, the state owns the home or permanent address of their parents. Proforma of Income Certificate	This includes information on the total annual income of the participant in LPA It is also advised to submit the state’s post office and police station information in the address section. Attach the seal, signature, and official authority’s signature.
