How to Calculate NEET Scores 2022

Once you have an idea of the NTA NEET marking scheme, calculating your NEET scores will be easy with the help of the answer keys. Here are the steps to follow:

  • First, count the total number of questions answered correctly and multiply the result by 4. Say you get the result ‘X’

  • Now, tally the total number of questions answered incorrectly and multiple the result by 1. Let’s assume you get the result ‘Y’.

  • You can leave out the questions left unanswered since they will not fetch you any marks, positive or negative.

  • Next, all you have to do is find the difference between the total number of correct responses and incorrect responses i.e. ‘X – Y’.

  • Thus, your predicted NEET scores 2022 (say N) will be ‘X – Y.

Once you have your estimated NEET scores, don’t wait around for the results to come out. You can go ahead and predict your rank based on the marks with the help of the online Rank Predictor tool available on the CollegeDekho website.
