The Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 is expected to be held in August 2025. Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 will be held through online mode. The state counselling will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education, Health & Family Welfare, Government of Tripura. Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 - Detailed Counselling Process

Stage 1: Online Registration for Tripura NEET 2025

Prospective MBBS/BDS students aspiring to study in prestigious colleges in Telangana must complete the registration process on the official DME website - dme.tripura.gov.in. The registration fees can be paid securely through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Stage 2: Submission of Documents for Verification

During the application process, students must upload self-attested digital copies of the required documents. It is advisable to ensure that the documents meet the specified maximum image size before uploading. After being allotted colleges based on their preferences, students must personally visit the college with the original documents to confirm their admissions.

Stage 3: Tripura NEET 2025 Merit List

Upon closing the registrations for Tripura NEET Counselling 2025, the DME will publish the Tripura NEET 2025 Rank List on its official website. The Tripura NEET Merit List is formulated considering the NEET UG 2025 Scores. Only students appearing in the Tripura NEET Rank List are eligible to participate in the subsequent counselling rounds.

Stage 4: Tripura NEET 2025 Counselling Rounds and Choice Filling

Tripura MBBS/BDS 2025 Counselling consists of two primary rounds. If students are not allocated seats in the initial rounds, they still have the opportunity to participate in the Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round. These additional rounds allow students to secure seats that may have remained vacant after the initial counselling stages.

Round 1:

Round 1 of the Tripura NEET 2025 Counselling is conducted for students who have made it to the state Rank List. The students can now choose their desired Medical Colleges in Telangana and rank them in order. Since students are allocated colleges on the basis of their choice and their scores in NEET UG 2025, they must be careful while ranking their choices. Additionally, students must ensure that they note down their choices for future reference.

Round 2:

Students who weren’t allocated any MBBS/BDS college in Round 1 can participate in Round 2. Fresh registrations are also allowed in Round 2. Similar to Round 1, students have to fill in their choice of college in order of their preference.

Round 3 (Mop-Up Round):

In case MBBS/BDS seats were not allotted to students in any of the previous rounds, they can still apply for counselling in Mop-Up Rounds. Moreover, students who didn't register in Round 1 or Round 2 are allowed to make fresh registrations. The choice filling process of NEET UG 2025 remains the same.

Round 4 (Stray Vacancy Round):

No new candidate can register in this round. However, students who still haven’t been allocated to any MBBS/BDS college may participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.

Stage 5: Admission Allotment and Payment of Tuition Fees

Tripura MBBS 2025 Rank List, NEET UG 2025 Scorecard, and the choice filled by the candidate will now decide the college allocated to each candidate. After the seat allotment, the aspirants must pay the admission fees online/offline as regulated by the Admissions Committee. Students must ensure that they pay the tuition fees within the stipulated time, otherwise, the authorities can cancel the admission offered.

Stage 6: Physical Verification of Documents

The last stage in the Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 is the physical verification of documents at the allocated colleges. As mentioned earlier, if the students fail to report for document verification within the specified time, the college authorities have the option to cancel the admission offered.
