West Bengal Polytechnic Admission 2025

JEXPO 2025: JEXPO 2025 admission process is expected to commence on the scvtwb.in, official website soon. Candidates interested in appearing for the exam should submit their application forms and pay the application fees of Rs 450/- and Rs 225/- for valid Kanyashree enrollees. Candidates can pay the application fees via net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI. The candidates who will be appearing for the JEXPO 2025 exam should fill out the application form carefully; any requests regarding changes in the application form will not be entertained by the authorities. All the candidates should meet the minimum eligibility criteria before filling out the JEXPO application form for the exam. The students should have passed class 10 or Madhyamik with science, physical science, and maths subjects from a recognized board. JEXPO 2025 Eligibility Criteria

It is very crucial for the candidates to be aware of the complete eligibility criteria for JEXPO 2025 before filling out the application form. The West Bengal Council of Technical Education prescribes some pre-defined eligibility criteria that must be fulfilled by every candidate for admission.

The detailed eligibility criteria that the candidates must fulfill for West Bengal Polytechnic Admission 2025 are given below:

  • The candidate must be an Indian nationality
  • The candidate must have passed the Secondary examination (10+2) conducted by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent examination from a recognized board
  • The candidate must have studied Physics/ Physical Science, English, and Mathematics as the major subject, with any other optional subjects in the qualifying exam
  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 35% as per AICTE norms without rounding off and without taking the aggregate of the additional subject in the qualifying examination
  • The candidate who is appearing in the final exam can also apply for admission
  • The candidate must not be born before 01/07/2006. There is no upper age limit to apply for admission

The application process for West Bengal Polytechnic Admission 2025 (JEXPO 2025) is conducted in the online mode. Candidates who had successfully submitted their JEXPO 2025 Application form could appear for the examination.

How to fill out the Application Form for West Bengal Polytechnic Admission 2025?

The candidates need to follow the steps below to fill out the application form for JEXPO 2025:

Online Process

  1. Visit the official website or click on the direct link mentioned above.

  2. New candidates will have to register on the portal using the required information. The candidates who have already registered can sign in using the enrolment ID and password to access the application form.

  3. Fill out the application form using all the important details such as name, address, educational qualification, etc.

  4. Upload a passport-size photograph and scanned signature in the prescribed format.

  5. After carefully filling out the application form, click on the submit button.

Category-wise Application Fee for JEXPO 2025

As per the previous year's guidelines, the JEXPO application fee has been waived for the academic year 2022. That means candidates don't have to pay the application fee for the registration process. Any changes in the guidelines will be updated here.

JEXPO 2025 Admit Card

JEXPO admit card 2025 is expected to be released on May 31, 2025. The JEXPO 2025 admit card will be issued to all the registered candidates before the JEXPO 2025 exam. The candidates have to download the admit card from the official website using their application number. It is compulsory for all the candidates to bring the printout of the admit card for JEXPO 2025, or else they will not be allowed to sit for the exam. The admit card will consist of all the important details such as exam venue, date, and time etc.

How to Download Admit Card for West Bengal Polytechnic Admission 2025?

  1. Visit the official website of JEXPO 2025.

  2. Click on the link to download the JEXPO 2025 admit card.

  3. Enter the application number generated at the time of filling out the application form and the password to log in.

  4. The admit card for the entered application number will be displayed on the screen.

West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) will declare the JEXPO 2025 result on June 29, 2025 (tentatively) in the online mode. Candidates can check their results by visiting the JEXPO 2025 official website and entering their login credentials in the result portal. The result has been made available online on the website. The authority does not send any emails or letters to specific applicants about the JEXPO 2025 Results . Candidates should print off a copy of the JEXPO 2025 result for use in the process. The authority does not offer any infrastructure for post-publication scrutiny, inspection, or examination.

JEXPO Merit List 2025

After the JEXPO 2025 was conducted, the examination board will release the JEXPO merit list 2025, based on the results of the candidates. The JEXPO 2025 merit list consists of the names of all the candidates who have qualified for the entrance test, along with their index number, application number, gender, category, and rank. The merit list was released along with the JEXPO result 2025 and can be downloaded from the official website. The students whose names are on the merit list will be further called for the counselling process. Candidates who receive 0 points in either "Physics," "Mathematics," or "Chemistry," or who choose not to take any of the two examinations, are not included in the merit list.

The candidates who qualify for the entrance test will have to appear for the counselling process, where they will be allotted seats in the college.
