Upon failing to meet the entry requirements for Karnataka Polytechnic 2020, candidates will not be allowed to apply for the programmes.

  • The candidate should qualify as an Indian citizen.

  • The aspirant should either have passed the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or an equivalent examination with at least 35 per cent marks.

  • The applicant should have studied in Karnataka from grade 1 for a minimum of 5 years from SSLC or PUC board.
