How to Get a Disability Certificate for NEET 2024 Registration

Disability Certificate for NEET Registration 2024 must be mandatorily submitted by applicants applying from the PwD (Person with Disability) category. Eligible candidates for PwD seats in NEET UG medical courses must possess a PwD certificate issued by the relevant authorities. To obtain the PwBD certificate, the PwD Certificate Pro Forma (Form) must be downloaded from the Information Brochure of NEET UG 2024 Exam.

The certificate can also be downloaded from the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) @mcc.nic.in. In addition to disability certificates, Category Certificates, Class 10th Passing Certificates, and Citizenship Certificates are also mandatory Documents Required for NEET 2024 Application Form. Steps to Obtain a Disability Certificate for NEET Registration 2024

These steps can be followed by candidates to download and submit a disability certificate in the NEET Application Form 2024:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website for NEET 2024 i.e. neet.ntaonline.in.
  • Step 2: Click on the information Brochure provided in the upper right corner of the menu bar.
  • Step 3: Choose the language medium for the NEET UG 2024 Information Brochure; it is available in Hindi and English.
  • Step 4: Download the NEET 2024 Information Brochure PDF by pressing CTRL + S.
  • Step 5: Print the disability certificate available on Page 112/167 of NEET 2024 Information Bulletin.
  • Step 6: Ensure careful completion of the disability certificate form.
  • Step 7: Visit the designated hospitals by NTA to have the certificate attested by specialists.
  • Step 8: Scan the attested certificate and upload its soft copy in the 'Documents to be Uploaded' section in the NEET registration portal.
