Below are the instructions that candidates, who are appearing for the TS LAWCET 2024 Institute level counselling, must follow:

• The certificates attached by the candidates are usually scanned copies and the original copies shall be produced during examination.
• In case of any doubt, the officials will ask about the original certificates to determine the authenticity of the certificates/ documents of the candidate by contacting them.

• Web options can be exercised by clicking the WEB OPTIONS link which will be available on the notified dates to the candidates.
• Web options are possible only from the Desktop or laptops only. Avoid the use of mobile phones or Tabs in exercising web options.
• If the candidate is exercising options from the Internet Centre then ensure that a proper LOGOUT is done to prevent loss of information for the candidate.
• The voter should then provide his/her login details which were provided at the time of registration for online certificate verification in order to access the web options.
• Candidates are encouraged to ensure that the college/course of your choice is as per the priority list and choose the first option, second option and so on very wisely. When he/she is finally content with the priority list then the options can be frozen.
• Once options are frozen, they cannot be altered in any way. However, the editing of options will be made available on the notified date.
• Candidate has to exercise as many options as are possible in a bid not to be left off the seat.
• It is recommended that the candidates should take the print of the final freezed options.
• If the candidate cancels his/her admission, tuition fee will be forfeited as mentioned below:

1. After the first phase, the full fee of the tuition will be reimbursed.
2. 50% of the amount after the final phase and before the cutoff date, if notified for cancellation in the allotment order and 100% after that.

TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling Reservation Rules

• Selection will be done according to the percentage of reservation applicable at the time of counselling.

• Test-takers can claim the Residence certificate if they have lived in Telangana for a total of ten years, except for the period of study outside the State, or if either of whose parents have lived in Telangana for at least 10 years, except periods of employment outside the State.
• Candidates during the TS LAWCET counselling round have to provide an Employers Certificate of those who are children of parents who are employed by Telangana or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities, and other equivalent Quasi Public Institutions within the State.
• Transfer Certificate of the applicant
• Students who belong to the BC/ SC/ ST categories, need to submit the most recent integrated community certificate issued by the competent government.
• Those seeking reservation under the EWS category have to provide the EWS Certificate issued by MRO/ Tahsildar valid for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
• Provide the most recent Parental Income Certificate issued by M.R.O. of the Government of Telangana on or after January 1, 2024.
