TS LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Letter

TS LAWCET seat allotment letter or order is released after the conclusion of the web options process. Once the web options process is closed, the TS LAWCET counselling website will be closed for the processing of seat allotment. Candidates can download the seat allotment letter of TS LAWCET through the direct link mentioned above or by visiting the official website. It is mandatory to carry the seat allotment letter of TS LAWCET 2024 to the college while reporting. The candidates will have to carry two printouts of the seat allotment letter.

The fee that aspirants must pay will be mentioned on the seat allotment order and has to be paid via challan at the mentioned bank. Candidates who earned a seat (provisional allotment) in the TS LAWCET counselling 2024 can access the website to retrieve the fee payment challan and joining report. Final seat allocation for admission is conditional on the successful validation of all original documents at the reported institution and the submission of a fee receipt. Reporting & Fee Payment: After downloading the seat allotment letter of TS LAWCET, the candidates need to report to the respective college, confirm the seat and pay the tuition fee.

Check out the following scenarios a candidate may face during the TS LAWCET seat allotment process - 

  • Once a seat is assigned to a contender, he can accept the admission offer or participate in the second round of allotment.
  • If the applicants accept the offer, they must pay the tuition costs.
  • However, final admission confirmation will be dependent on acceptable verification of all original credentials at the stated college and the production of a fee receipt.
  • Following seat allocation, applicants must report to the relevant college and submit all original certificates within the specified time frame.
  • The allotment order and joining report will be issued at the college.

TS LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Rules of Reservation for Admission

Admissions will be made per the reservation regulations in effect at the time of Counseling. Check the following seat allotment rules below - 

  • The Convener TS LAWCET / TS PGLCET Admissions will fill 100% of the seats in University College and 80% of the sanctioned intake of seats in unaided (affiliated), non-minority, and minority professional institutions.
  • Admission to 85 percent of the convener quota of seats in Telangana State affiliated colleges should be reserved for Telangana State local candidates, with the remaining 15 percent being unreserved seats.
  • The candidate must meet the local / non-local status requirements as specified in the official guidelines. 
  • Non-local candidates are only eligible for 15% of unreserved seats. 
  • Local candidates are also eligible for 15% of unreserved seats and 85% of seats designated for the local region.
  • Candidates from the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) who are not covered by the reservation plan for SCs, STs, and BCs will be given a 10% reservation at educational institutions in Telangana.
  • Principals are advised to fill the management quota of seats in their respective colleges by publishing a separate notice in the top daily newspapers and adhering to TSCHE norms.
  • The seats filled under the "Management Quota" will be communicated to the "Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE)" for approval.
