    The counselling process of TS LAWCET 2024 is conducted in a step-by-step process. It involves multiple stages which a student has to undergo to get through the TS LAWCET 2024 counselling. Find out the step-by-step procedure by going through the information captured below -

    The following are the critical steps in the TS LAWCET 2024 counselling procedure.

    Registration, Processing Fees, and Certificate Verification

    To register for TS LAWCET 2024 counselling, candidates must first create an account and then pay the registration cost. Candidates who pass the TS LAWCET exam can attend the web counselling session from any location with an internet connection on the appointed date (be it the helpline centre, home, etc.). A candidate can only use their web options if they are present at the helpdesk centre with all necessary documentation.

    Registration and document verification will take place at the helpdesk centre. Post-verification certificate pickup is available at the counter for applicants. If there are any errors/mistakes on the receipt, candidates should get them corrected immediately.

    Candidates must apply for the TS LAWCET counselling 2024 process after the first list is released. Aspirants whose names come up on the list must pay the TS LAWCET counselling 2024 fee to be considered for the seat assignment process. Those who did not pay the fees by the due date risk losing the admission opportunity after being assigned a seat.

    TS LAWCET Counselling 2024 - Fee payment

    By the deadline, fees for TS LAWCET Counselling 2024 can be paid online by RTGS / NEFT or any other permitted online payment mode. The payment gateway will be available via the TS LAWCET registration portal. Those who fail to pay the 2024 TS LAWCET counselling 2024 fee will be banned from taking part in the process. Candidates for the TS LAWCET 2024 must pay the counselling cost online when registering for the exam.

    A processing fee of Rs 800 is also required of all applicants. At the time of registration, the processing fee for SC / ST applicants will be roughly Rs 500.

    Exercise Web Options

    During the TS LAWCET web counselling procedure, the TS LAWCET 2024 web options will be made available. Only those on the eligibility list will be able to complete the web options. During the web choices selection procedure, candidates must choose an institution and a degree programme. Only candidates who exercise their web options on the indicated dates will be considered for seat allocation.

    Candidates must first register for the TS LAWCET using their hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank. When candidates provide online options, these web options are processed on a set date and the candidates are notified of their seat assignment. After being given a seat, candidates can access and print their provisional allotment letter before going to the proper college. Osmania University will arrange a second round of TS LAWCET 2024 counselling if seats become available.

    For this option, candidates must submit their course and college preferences. Once their choices have been sealed, candidates will not be able to transfer from one university to another throughout the subsequent counselling process. The Lock option validates the candidate's final institution choice. The official notification for regarding the TS LAWCET 2024 web options will be released soon.

    Seat Allotment

    Applicants are suggested to download both the fee payment challan and the joining report. Their original certificates, fee-paid receipts, and joining reports must be submitted to their allocated college. The selected college is responsible for verifying the authenticity of all original certificates. The candidates need to pick up their assigned order from the college. The TS LAWCET seat assignment process allows students to check their assigned college and download their seat allotment letter. The seat allotment letter will include details about the candidate's admission charges. Paying the fee via NEFT / RTGS or any other means prescribed by the authorities is an option for applicants. In the same way, candidates must self-report via the official TS LAWCET counselling 2024 website.

    Only those who have paid the TS LAWCET counselling fee for 2024 will be eligible for seat allotment. The TS LAWCET seat allotment is announced following an evaluation of the following factors by the TSCHE and Osmania University.

    Certificates must be uploaded when registering and filling out the application form -

    • Rank Card for TS LAWCET / TS PGLCET-2024
    • Memorandum of SSC or equivalent marks
    • Intermediate or equivalent Marks Memorandum
    • Qualifying Examination Marks Memorandum
    • Memo for intermediate marks for the LLB 5-year course
    • Consolidated marks memo (CMM) for the LLB 3-year course
    • LLB marks note for two-year LLM programme
    • Provisional or Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination 
    • Applicants with degrees from outside Telangana state must produce an equivalency certificate from any of Telangana's universities
    • Migration Certificate 
    • Certificates of study from fifth grade to graduation
    • Residence certificate for the seven years preceding the qualifying test, i.e., Graduation in the case of students who have studied privately without any institutionalised education (Distance education / Open school education).
    • For non-local candidates, a residence certificate from M. R. O of either parent in Telangana for a period of ten years is required.
    • Non-local candidates must present the required credentials to be considered for allotment under unreserved seats.
    • Applicants who have lived in the State for a total of ten years, barring periods of study outside the State, or either of whose parents have lived in the State for a total of 10 years, excluding periods of employment outside the State, are eligible for a residence certificate.
    • Aspirants who are children of parents who are employed by this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities, and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for the TS LAWCET 2024 examination must provide an Employer Certificate.
    • Certificate of Transfer
    • In the case of BC / SC / ST applicants, the most recent integrated community certificate issued by the competent government is required.
    • Candidates must present an EWS Certificate issued by MRO / Tahsildar that is valid for the fiscal year 2024-23.
    • The most recent Parental Income Certificate issued by M.R.O. by the Government of Telangana on or after January 1, 2024.
    • Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should submit the SSC "TC" detailing Minority status (or) a Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution where the student studied / appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination in the absence of TC.
    • Aadhar Card or another form of recognised identification.

    Any fraudulent or inaccurate information provided at any point will declare the candidate's admission null and void. If it is discovered that admittance is in violation of the regulations, the Convener reserves the authority to cancel the candidates' admission at any point.

    Who Should Participate in TS LAWCET Phase II Counselling?

    Provided below are the individuals who should take part in the TS LAWCET Phase II Counseling.

    • Who secured a seat in phase I of web-based counselling and wishes to move to some other college. 

    • Candidates who participated in phase I of web-based counselling and could not secure a seat.

    • Candidates who did not participate in phase I even though he/she has been called for counselling.

    • Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn’t report.

    •  A candidate who was allotted a seat in phase I but cancelled his / her admission.

    TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling: Important Points

    Here are some vital guidelines followed during the certificate verification and counselling process of TS LAWCET 2024 - 

    • The certificate will be verified using scanned copies of uploaded original papers per the standards.
    • If there is any uncertainty, the officials will inquire about the phone to determine the truth and correctness of the documents. 
    • As a result, candidates must return the verification officer's phone calls.
    • Before the start of the web-options entry, a provision/link for exercising choices will be made available on the website, https://lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in.
    • The list of provisionally selected applicants will be prepared college by college and posted on the website http://lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in.
    • The tuition cost must be paid by challan at the approved bank. Candidates who received a seat (provisional allotment) in the counselling can access the website and download the challan and joining report.
    • Final seat allocation for admission is contingent on acceptable verification of all original certificates at the assigned college and the production of a fee-paid challan.
    • Candidates must report to their assigned college and present all original certificates within the specified time frame.
    • Only once all original certificates have been successfully verified will the principal / verification official at the allotted college issue an allotment order. 
    • Candidates must provide two sets of authenticated copies of all certificates to the relevant colleges, one for submission to the Convener's office.
    • If a candidate cancels their admission, the tuition cost will be lost as described below.

               - Following the first phase, the entire tuition money will be reimbursed.

               - Fifty percent of the sum after the final phase and before the cancellation cutoff date specified in the allotment order, and 100 percent after that.

    TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling Procedure For Exercising Web Options

    Following successful online certificate verification, the verified list of registered and eligible candidates will be presented on the website on the notified date. Find out the TS LAWCET 2024 counselling procedure for exercising web options -

    • If there are any anomalies in the candidate's confirmed data, they must contact the helpdesk center or send an email through the website's email service. Any claim made after the allocation of seats will be denied.
    • Candidates can exercise their web choices by visiting the Web Options link, available on the days specified.
    • Only desktops or laptops have access to web options. Do not experiment with web settings on mobile phones or tablets.
    • If the candidate uses choices from the Internet Center, they must ensure they log out appropriately after storing the options for the applicant's information's safety.
    • To access the web choices, candidates must provide their login credentials (established upon registration for online certificate verification).
    • Candidates are recommended to select their first choice and second preference carefully.
    • The alternatives can be frozen after they are pleased with the priority list.
    • Alternatives cannot be altered after they have been frozen. However, option of editing will be available on the specified date.
    • To avoid disappointment from not securing a seat, candidates should explore as many choices as possible.
    • Candidates are urged to print off the final frozen alternatives.

    TS LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Guidelines

    The following are some significant guidelines for TS LAWCET counselling and seat allotment - 

    • Attending web counselling does not guarantee the applicants a spot.
    • Options chosen in the first part of counselling will not be considered in the second phase.
    • Applicants must consider new alternatives for each stage of web-based counselling.
    • If the aspirants are content with the previous allocation, they do not need to exercise their options again.
    • Options for such colleges may be exercised even if vacancies are unavailable, as vacancies may occur due to sliding, cancellation, and conversions.
    • During web counselling, all participants must pay non-refundable processing costs for the Registration and Verification process, which must be paid online (Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Internet Banking) in favour of 'Secretary, TSCHE'.
    • If the student gets a seat in Phase – II, they must report to the new institution before or on the specified date in the allotment letter.
    • If the candidate fails to report by the deadline specified in the assigned college, that will forfeit the claim on both the new and old colleges.

    Options after TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling and Seat Allotment

    After the TS LAWCET 2024 counselling and seat allotment process, the following are important alternatives - 

    Accept TS LAWCET Allotment

    Applicants who are content with their allotment can choose this option. They must submit the required paperwork and pay the course cost to the B.Ed college of their choice. The following selection round will not include these applicants. As soon as their credentials have been authenticated, applicants must complete the admissions process.

    Application for Upgrade

    The conducting authority may allow candidates to request an upgrade to the next selection round. Candidates who were assigned to an institution in the first round of allocation must also complete the admission procedure by submitting the relevant documents and course fees.

    A new allotment will be made if a vacancy occurs at the college of their choice after what has been assigned. Upgraded aspirants can accept, upgrade, or abandon the process at the following phase of counselling.

    Exit from TS LAWCET Admission Process 2024

    Applicants who are not interested in any of the institutions allotted to them and desire to withdraw from the admissions process can do so through this approach. Not only will they miss out on their current allotment, but they will also be banned from future rounds.

    TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling via Spot Admission

    The TS LAWCET 2024 counselling via spot admissions method has a few key points to keep in mind -

    • In the case of institutional spot admissions, the colleges involved in the counselling process may be given preference in filling vacancies.
    • Qualified applicants are asked to check out the popular regional newspapers for a detailed notice of the open opportunities.
    • Candidates who are interested in being admitted on the spot should appear at the designated time and date in the publication.
    • To fill the remaining seats in the B.Ed programme, applicants from the suitable category who perform well in the TS LAWCET 2024 can apply.
    • Entrants must present all original certificates and one duplicate of each at the time of admission confirmation before being granted admission.
    • Any deviation will be taken extremely seriously, and such admissions will never be confirmed in any official capacity.
    • Applicants must be Indian nationals and have passed the TS LAWCET 2024 to be considered for the programme.

    Rules of Reservation for Admission per TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling

    Below are the rules of reservation for admission as per TS LAWCET 2024 counselling -

    • Admissions will be made following the reservation rules in effect at the time of Counseling. 
    • The Convener TS LAWCET 2024 admissions will fill 100% of the seats in university colleges and 80% of the authorised intake of seats in unassisted (affiliated), non-minority, and minority professional institutions.
    • Enrollment to 85% of the convener quota of seats in Telangana State affiliated colleges should be reserved for Telangana State local candidates, with the remaining 15% being unreserved seats.
    • College principals are urged to fill the management seats quota in compliance with TSCHE regulations by placing a separate notice in major daily publications.
    • The established policies should govern the admission of individuals.
    • The "Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE)" must be informed of the specifics of any seats filled under the Management Quota before they can be confirmed and approved.
    • Aspirants who seek to claim special categories (NCC / CAP / PH / Sports / Games) must undertake the special categories certificate verification during phase I counselling on the appointed date and time.
    • There will be no additional Certificate Verification for Special Categories after the planned date.
    • There will be no certificate verification for special categories in the final phase. Attending the special category certificate validation does not imply that the verification is finished.
    • Candidates must upload educational and other certifications (caste, income, etc.) for mandatory verification before participating in counselling.
    • The candidate requesting admission under special categories must present in person before the appropriate competent authorities for verification.
    • They must also have all of their original education credentials (SSC / 10th / Equivalent, Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent, and Degree / equivalent) with them, as well as the relevant Special Category certificate.
