  • Applicants must be 10+2 qualified from any recognised Board and must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects at the 10+2 level

  • 10+3 diploma-qualified candidates who have studied Mathematics compulsorily at the qualifying exam level are also eligible to apply

  1. Then one must fill out the basic information required, which includes the applicant's name, date of birth, and contact information, which will generate an application number for future logins.

The rank list for both the general and reserved categories is created by CEE according to the norms and regulations, with equal weightage given to the aggregate marks of the 10+2 qualifying exam and the NATA score. The seat allocation is done in several rounds based on the rank list.

The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala releases a rank list based on the performance of the candidates in their previous qualifying examinations and NATA examination for B.Arch admission in Kerala. Equal weighatge is given to the 10+2 and NATA exam scores during the preparation of the rank list. With the help of the KEAM/Kerala B.Arch admission rank list, the seat allocation procedure takes place. CEE Kerala releases both common and category-wise rank lists on its official website. 

KEAM/Kerala B.Arch Admission 2023 Counselling Process

The counselling process for KEAM/Kerala B.Arch admissions is conducted in online mode by CEE, Kerala. Through the counselling process, the eligible candidates are offered admission into the 5-year B.Arch programme in various Architecture institutions in Kerala. The allocation of seats to the candidates who appear in the counselling process is done through the online centralised allotment process, also known as CAP by CEE, Kerala. The B.Arch admission counselling process is divided into the following stages - 

  1. Registration - The candidates have to go to the official website of CEE Kerala and click on the “KEAM 2023 Candidate Portal” and enter their candidate credentials like application number and password for logging in

  2. Going to “Options Registration Page” - In the candidate portal, they will find the “Option registration” tab where they will find the list of colleges offering the B.Arch programme. They have to choose “n” number of colleges where they wish to pursue B.Arch from in decreasing order of preference

  3. Save the Registered Options - After entering their options, the candidates have to click on the “Save” button so that they do not lose the data which they have already provided. They must also keep hitting on the “Save” button after regular intervals to avoid losing out on their already entered options. The candidates must keep in mind that they will be allocated seats as per their chosen options

  4. Viewing of Options and Printing of Options - The candidates have to click on the “View Options” tab to find out their options. The candidates will also be given the option to make changes in their options before the final submission. Once, the candidates are satisfied, they have to hit on the “Final Submission” tab to submit their options. Then, they have to log themselves out of the candidate portal

KEAM/Kerala B.Arch Admission 2023 Seat Allotment Process

CEE Kerala will first conduct a mock allotment round to help the candidates acclimatise to the seat allocation process of KEAM/Kerala B.Arch admission 2023. The candidates will also have the option to make changes in their options list after the result for the mock seat allotment is released. Then, the real seat allocation process will begin and the candidates will be allocated seats as per the preference they have provided in the options list. Once the candidates are allocated seats, they have to collect/download their seat allotment letters and contact/visit the colleges for confirmation of their admission. The candidates have to be ready with all their important documents and certificates along with the Kerala B.Arch admission fee to confirm their admission.
