OJEE 2021 MBA Admission Process

The admission process of MBA colleges in Odisha through OJEE is the same for all institutes. All the steps of the OJEE 2021 MBA admission process have been listed here in brief.

Step 1: Registration

The candidates aspiring to get admission to the MBA colleges in Odisha have to register for OJEE. The registration process of OJEE is done online and candidates have to visit the official website to submit their forms. They have to submit the application fee to complete the application process.

Step 2: Verification of Details

After the candidates have submitted their application forms, they will be required to verify the details they have entered in the form. They can edit their entries in the application form before the application window closes.

Step 3: Appear for OJEE

Candidates will have to appear for the OJEE exam in order to participate in the counselling process of all colleges. They need to clear the cutoff and have a good score so as to secure admission.

Step 4: Payment of the Counselling Fee

After the OJEE results are declared, candidates who qualify the cutoff will have to pay the counselling fee. They will have to log in through their student portal and pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 450 to be able to participate in the OJEE counselling process.

Step 5: Choice Filling

The applicants will have to fill the form for their preference of colleges. The choice filling process of OJEE is done online and candidates can select as many colleges as they wish. The order of their preference and their OJEE score will be considered for giving them admission to the college.

Step 6: Seat Allotment

Seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of the preferences of colleges they enter in the choice filling. If they meet the cutoff of their desired college, they will be offered a seat for the course.

Step 7: Payment of Admission Fee

Once the seat allotment process is complete, candidates have to pay the requisite admission fee and freeze their seats. A small window is given for this process and if a candidate fails to submit the admission fee by the last date, his/ her candidature is cancelled.

Step 8: Verification of Documents

The original documents of candidates are verified in this round by the college admission authorities. If any discrepancy is found in the documents, the candidate's admission is cancelled.
