All About Electrical Engineering (EE)

EE is the abbreviated form of Electrical Engineering which relates to the discipline of designing the application of equipment, devices, and systems that processes with the help of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. The duration of the EE course is 4 years. Candidates who are interested in admission into electrical engineering courses from a reputed institute should make sure that they have passed class 10+2 with PCM/PCMB subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute or university or equivalent. The top institutes offering BTech in Electrical Engineering are IIT-Guwahati, NIT-Warangal, NIT-Tiruchirappalli, Chandigarh University, etc. The course all over fee ranges from INR 4,00,000 to INR 10,00,000.

After successfully completing the EE curse, candidates are given choices to get hired in Control And Instrumentation Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Broadcast Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer, Nuclear Engineer, Consultant, Systems Analyst, etc. The average salary of electrical engineers ranges from INR 3.5 to 6 LPA.
