MHT-CET 2019 Counselling Process

MHT-CET 2019 Counselling Process for B.Tech/B.E. admissions in the engineering colleges of Maharashtra, Bachelor of Pharmacy admissions for Pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra and admission in Agriculture courses will start once the 2019 MHT-CET exam is conducted. 

To participate in the MHT-CET counselling, candidates have to meet the MHT-CET cut-off. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra conducts a centralised counselling process for MHT-CET. Qualified candidates are informed by e-mail and official notification on the website about the counselling procedure.

Candidates who do not receive any e-mail should check the counselling schedule on the official website of DTE Maharashtra (dtemaharashtra.gov.in). The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, DTE Maharashtra also executes the counselling process in parallel, which is also called the Central Admission Process (CAP). The last date for confirmation of application for admission and document verification is usually in the 3rd week of June.

Documents Required for MHT CET 2019 Counselling 

All the qualified candidates will have to carry the below-mentioned documents/certificates in original and their photocopy to the MHT-CET counselling venue.

  • School/College ID Card, Aadhar Card/Any Other Photo ID Proof

  • MHTCET 2017 Medical Exam Hall Ticket And Mark sheet

  • Nationality Certificate Issued By District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate Or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority For Issue Of Such Certificate)/Valid Indian Passport Or School Leaving Certificate Of HSC/12th Std. Indicating The Nationality Of The Candidate As ‘Indian’

  • Domicile Certificate Issued By District Magistrate/Metropolitan Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate Or Tehsildar.

  • Class X Mark sheet/Pass Certificate

  • Class XII Mark sheet/Pass Certificate

  • Medical Fitness Certificate

  • Caste Certificate

  • Caste Validity Certificate (CVC)
