BITSAT Exam Centres 2022 - Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has announced the BITSAT exam centres list 2022 on their official website, bitsadmission.com. The list comprises the names of cities where the BITSAT 2022 exam will be conducted. The BITSAT is a common entrance exam for admissions into technical courses at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. The BITSAT exam 2022 will be conducted in two sessions. The BITSAT session 2 exams will be conducted from August 3 to 7, 2022, and the session 1 exam has been conducted from July 2 to 9, 2022. Choosing a BITSAT exam centre is one of the most important aspects of successfully completing the admissions process. Hence BITS Pilani offers candidates the option to select the exam centre at which they would prefer to sit for BITSAT 2022 during the time of filling in their application form for BITS admission. Candidates need to remember that after selecting an exam centre and booking a slot, the applicant has to appear at the allotted BITSAT exam centres 2022 for taking the entrance test. The BITSAT slot booking for session 2 commenced on July 26.

The BITSAT exam centres 2022 include the names of the cities where the BITSAT 2022 exam will be held. BITS Pilani has also declared the city for the BITSAT 2022. Note: Although candidates are given the option of choosing their BITSAT 2022 exam centre during application time, BITS Pilani reserves the right to put anyone in any test centre. Reasons may include lack of suitable facilities at some locations; or if technical difficulties arise as a result of which the test must be cancelled at one location.

BITSAT Exam Centres 2022 Key Highlights

Candidates can check the important details regarding BITSAT 2022 exam centres below. 

  • The candidates will be able to select 3 exam centres from the given list in order of preference while filling up the BITSAT 2022 application form. 
  • The exams are conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) in designated centres
  • Candidates will be allotted a centre based on their selected BITSAT exam centres 2022
  • Slot booking is compulsory for all candidates, any candidates failing to do so will not be issued a BITSAT admit card 2022
  • Candidates will not be allowed to change their selected examination centre once slot booking is confirmed
  • The examination conduction body may cancel any exam centre due to low value of candidates, in such scenarios candidates will be allotted with the second centre of preference
  • Candidates who will Dubai/Kathmandu have to come to the respective centre only, other preferences are not considered
  • The final examination centres, operation days and examination dates for India, Dubai and Nepal will be released once the final application process has been completed

BITSAT 2022 Slot Booking

The authorities have conducted the  BITSAT 2022 exam slot booking from June 17 to 22, 2022for Session I. In the slot booking, candidates were allowed to book a time to complete the admission test for the 2022 BITS session. Post this, an official notification containing a centre-level schedule of exams has been released to the candidates. Slot booking was done on a first-come-first-serve basis for the candidates. Now, the BITSAT slot booking for session 2 is being conducted from July 26 to 30, 2022.

BITSAT 2022 Slot Timings

The BITSAT 2022 is divided in two slots. The slots are subject to availability and it given on first come first serve basis. Candidates must successfully complete their slot booking process

BITSAT 2022 Admit Card

The BITSAT admit card 2022 for session 2 will release on July 31, 2022. Candidates can download the admit card using their login credentials on the BITSAT application form. No, candidates are not given any window for slot changing facilities. Once the exam centre is allotted candidates are required to attempt the exam in the given centre. Hence it is better if students select the centre that is closest to home as to avoid any unforeseeable circumstances.
