66% in 12th is not enough for you to apply for BITSAT. To be eligible for BITSAT, you must have a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology subjects in the 12th Class, with at least 60% marks in each of the subjects (PCM/ PCB).
